Ben and John put in a tankless gas heater and gas line for a stove top and they did an AMAZING job! They were prompt in their arrival, very friendly, and very neat when working. I could not have asked for a better job done. I highly recommend this team!

Otis at Tiger Fuel in Orange County is absolutely phenomenal! I had my fireplace cleaned because of a strong smell being produced whenever I used it. He was so extremely thorough, professional, and thoughtful of my home. He explained every step and was more than happy to help educate me on caring for a propane fireplace. He even took the time to answer my questions and explain how to use my remote control when set on the thermo setting.If you need your fireplace cleaned, I would highly recommend Otis.

Not sure why everyone is praising these people. This was the worst experience of my life, and I never even made it past the first step. I tried calling for a few hours this morning. Got hung up on multiple times. When I finally got people to answer, they sounded like they were all working from home. Their cell phones were cutting out, tons of background noises, very hard to hear. I had to keep calling several times just to get someone who could put together 3 words. They all mostly sounded like they didn't know where they were. Finally got a man who then told me an outright lie. He said I must not know how the propane delivery industry works, because only Tiger installed propane tanks can be used with Tiger propane. He said since I have a non-Tiger tank they can't deliver me any propane. I hung up on him for being so stupid. Calling AmeriGas now. They also are horrible, but at least their people know how propane tanks work!

All the folks if talked to or worked with ; at tiger fuels , Orange ,are kind, knowledgeable, professional and down to earth from the people in the office (Jason) to the the field people (John and Ben). Ben and John did the install from the new LP tank, under ground lines to the house and to the appliances in the house. Very neat, clean and professional install……..thank you to all.

We really have had excellent service from Tiger fuels in the year we have been here. We have called them to do modification work for a couple of appliances and they showed up when promised and worked long and hard and billed very reasonably.

Incredible!!! Extremely friendly, explained everything before starting. Explained everything upon completion. What an experience. After being mistreated with another company (after 25 yrs of service), Tiger to the rescue. Jason at the office, 👍!! John, Ben, Gary, Otis and Mr Foster on site, 👍,entire experience was incredible.
