I wish I could give a higher rating but each time I give them another shot, I’m left disappointed. Went to Stonewall since they are my local HD dealer. First tried purchasing a bike a few years ago but I couldn’t swallow the additional thousands of dollars for “Covid” so I drove out of state and saved for the same bike. Then just recently I gave them another shot when my Low Rider ST had reoccurring check engine lights and the left side buttons would periodically stop working. After a few weeks I was told there was nothing wrong with my bike and it was safe to drive… With both Google, HD Headquarters, and another mechanic saying it was not safe to drive, I decided to search for another opinion. Towed my bike to Richmond where they diagnosed it with a bad left hand control module and the left fork seal leaking. Both are now fixed under warranty and the bike is as good as new. ?

2 bikes purchased from Stonewall and the service was horrendous on both. 1st one, took Kim over a month to even order the cables, for new bars and 2nd bike, took her a week to order the part, which was a bearing. Turned my 2nd bike into service on May 24, 2024 for an oil change, inspection, fix a leak, add a tac, and switch the pipes. Only needed the bearing ordered and altogether, should have only taken about a week working on it in between other bikes for service. HOWEVER, after tearing my bike down, it was pushed to the side. When I asked for an ETA, none was given. Asked multiple times. At one point Robert sarcastically said it would be done at the end of riding season. I couldn't even ride my bike out of there to take it to someone else because it was torn apart. Other bikes came and went in service, while mine was still being ignored. Even asked Evan Bache and he didn't act like it was a big deal and said they would try to squeeze me in, which it was, but then taken right back off the schedule again. I FINALLY got the bike back; it only took them over 10 WEEKS and the tac was never installed. Very poor management all around and no one is held accountable. If they don't like you, forget it, you're not getting good service and they could care less.

The team at Stonewall H-D was amazing to work with. I have never experienced purchasing a vehicle like I did we Stonewall, from the moment I walked in the front door until I rode my bike home I was made to feel like I was the most important person in the building. These folks are amazing especially Brock who was the salesman that sold me my dream bike.

Great lil stop off for anyone traveling through Orange County . Easy in and out. I side is strictly a dealer and parts. Outside had a few tents set up selling the lowest priced Harley Ts I have seen across 4 states.

The team at Stonewall is amazing. We stopped in to look at a couple of bikes, unsure between the Heritage and Road King. Brock took us around and helped us ultimately decide on the King. Once ready to buy, they made the process a breeze. These guys treat you right!

The t-shirts we were looking for were no longer available because of political reasons, they had cannons on them. We aren't and never will be politically correct because there is no such thing. It's history, show and tell the truth, then learn from the mistakes. Very disappointed of this nonsense.

Stonewall HD never disappoints! Went in for an inspection and to have an oil cooler fan I installed flashed. In and out in about an hour. Got to catch up with Evan and the gang. Always enjoy going to Stonewall. Can't wait to see the new digs!
