I have had a storage unit at this facility for a little more than a year ... its a great facility ... well lit ... fenced and gated ... there are also security cameras ... the units atbthe Orange I facility are not climate controlled but I havent found that to be any problem ... again I have had a storage unit for over a year ... so all 4 seasons ... there are ample hours that the gates are open so the storage units can be accessed and there are several facilities to choose from ... Steve manages them all ... a tough and I imagine a fairly stressful job at times ... and even tho Steve can be a bit short and rushed on the phone ... he is actually a very good guy and will do all he can to work with you ... at least this has been my experience in a recent situation I found myself ... so try not to take his sometimes gruffness personally and give the guy the benefit of the doubt ... you'll see and wont regret it ?

Steve handled everything over the phone for us. Just moved here from North Carolina and we didn't have to sit down with alot of contract stuff when we had a ton going on. Great service!

The gentleman that runs this is not only thorough and efficient in getting units registered, he seems to genuinely care about the people that rent from him. We fell into a rut, and he was a huge help in making sure our unit stayed secure. Thanks!
