I've never been treated so rudely. I went in to ask for a tour and information. The leasing agent kept telling me to go online and then questioned if I could afford it and demanded I announce my income. I was so embarrassed. Unbelievable shame.

I was interested in more information since it says they have apartments available online, I’ve called for months and no one ever answers me. I leave a message with my name and number but no answer. Seems like a red flag to me.

I don't live here, but I was hoping to. Called the office in the morning (about 9:40) and a woman picked up on the first or second ring. Pleasant to talk to. Asked about availability, she told me that they have two parts but neither was available. Asked when they would be, said September and that there was a waitlist I could apply for on the website. It was a short conversation, but she was polite and professional.

I was considering moving down to Round Hill Meadows, but with the stream of terrible reviews, maybe this not a good idea. It's pretty amazing to see one bad review after another. The photos look nice, but the comments make it sound very unappealing.

Sad to see all of these negative reviews. Reminds me alot of another complex owned by the same people, Park Properties. Its a shame because these apartments look nice. Oh well, I will pass.

Do not rent here. They have no regard for privacy. They will just walk into your home and say they put a note on your door but it was never there. They fine you for any little thing but never fix real issues for months. Washer doesn't work? They will fix it in a few months. Car inspection just run out? Your car is towed. No compassion or care for anyone who lives here. I worked in apartment maintenance for years and we did all we could to respect and care for our valuable tenants. Here you are just treated like your not human. It is truly unbelievable.

Absolute worst place ever. I lived here a very unfortunate 5 years. The office staff is as rude as can be. They will literally make a meeting with you, have you sit for 45 minutes, and then tell you they are too busy. Promise call backs that are never made, and when you finally do get through, they hang up on you.I went months without an oven. Months with a broken window. They refused to fix things that were dangerous. Once had a maintenance man came to look at our dishwasher and told us whoever fixed it before had done something extremely dangerous.Last month we were there our washing machine was brokenNo one even came by or called because they knew we were moving out.One time, they did a state inspection and my unit was chosen. We had a hole in our linoleum in the kitchen and they asked me to pit something on top of it to hide it from the inspectors.There where dirty diapers on the sidewalk for weeks.They will tow your car if your inspection or registration expires before you get it in the mail.They come in without notice. Once a maintenance man walked in while I was in the shower and said, "I think they forgot to put out the notice that we were coming in. Multiple people have been surprised."The first nice experience I had was when I was giving my notice to vacate 60 days prior to the end of my lease. The manager Sam told me there would be no problem getting our deposit back. She even said not to worry about replacing the blinds as she was really lenient with people's deposits. She said, "Don't even clean the carpets."Then, when they did the final inspection deducted money from my deposit for the 2 pairs of broken blinds and told me I would need to clean the carpets. I was awestruck. I reminded the property manager of our conversation and her response was, "policies change." I guess they didn't feel the need to communicate that change with the tenants because that doesn't line their pockets. It was complete intrapment. This was the day we were moving out so we did not have time to get new blinds. They charge $50 a pair. Which is ridiculous.She told me I could come and talk to her in person. I showed up at the agreed upon time and waited 45 minutes before I was told she was too busy and she would call me. That was 01/31/23. Today is 02/07/23 and I have not received a call. I called in today and was placed on hold immediately before they hung up on me. I have called back 7 times and left voicmails with no answer or returned call.I have also still not heard anything about when I might see a red cent of my deposit.I feel sorry for my old neighbors who still have to deal with these slumlords.

Management is awful, nobody ever answers your phone or returns your calls. We had 2 vehicles towed one with a pass in the windshield and one in a visitor parking spot. Costing us $500 in tow bills. For as much as you pay you’d think they could hire some decent management.

Terrible office staff. Never available, and I mean never, even when we lived there. They have sent a water bill to collections after we moved out that we were never notified of, and could never have known about given that tenant accounts are closed after end of lease. There's so much more wrong with this place but this is the icing on the cake. Avoid at all costs.

They say they don’t have availability but put a sign up saying they have apartments available I called several times inquiring about my application and all they can say it’s pending someone even told me my money would be refunded

I have left about 5 messages as it seems no one answers the phone during business hours or the phones are forwarded to voicemail all day. Not very customer service friendly. I also put in an application too and have not heard back. This is not a way to conduct business.

This place is trash. Wild cats everywhere, drug deals in the community, cigarette butts and trash littered all over the parking lot, cops always being called, loud neighbors, loud music always blasting, place has gone down hill over the past few years. Mangement never gets back to you or give any resolutions. They always say “call the cops”. DONT SIGN A LEASE !!! This place is dangerous. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. Management always being replaced because no one wants to deal with this dangerous community.
