Wish it was possible to give 0 stars. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE! Just had the worst first experience with them.
I had a simple warranty issue and called in for service, I was informed that it would be a month or two before they could get the tractor into the shop. Not a big deal, I would have waited and brought it in at the appropriate time. They also informed my that they could send a mobile tech out in a week or so to do it on my property. I said, even better send him out....Fast forward a month, I get a $154 bill in the mail. Apparently the service call "is not covered under warranty" since I didn't purchase the tractor there. Again, not a big deal, I would have gladly paid for it IF they had informed my of that "policy". Not a good way to start out with a customer that would have purchased all of the needed maintenance and repair parts in the future. I never was informed of this charge, agreed to the charge, nor signed any documentation acknowledging that I was informed of this charge prior to the service.
After the service was completed, I also had to send them pictures of the serial number and hours meter because the service tech didn't do that while he was out...once again, not a big deal, I did that 5 minutes after they called and requested it.
I guess I could have been like them and either charged a $154 service charge to go take and send those pics, or had I known, made them come back out to take the pictures.
On top of all of that...They are a Kioti dealer, but don't carry Kioti products as simple as Kioti branded fluids...Haven't called about the filter kit yet, but I doubt they would have that either. Not that it matters at this point, because now out of principle, I'm forced to order online and am unable to contribute to a local business as I would prefer. I always go out of my way to support local businesses instead of buying things online even though it usually costs more...Just not going to happen with this local business unfortunately.
Yes, I called them to discuss this situation and was in less words, told to just go kick rocks.
Congratulations...a measly $154 just cost the price of all future business and recommendations to be withdrawn. Hope it was worth it. Again, all that would have needed to be done was to inform me of the service charge in the first place. Pretty SHADY if you ask me.

Called and talked to Tom about a starting issue with our NH TC45A. He listened to the symptoms and gave a couple of suggestions. Lo and behold, never underestimate the importance of a ground. All of the things that could have stopped the tractor from getting power and it was a perfect looking ground that was the problem. Thanks so much to Tom for his help.

Looking to buy a new disc mower, I called several dealers and even visited a few. No one seemed to care except Steve at Ridgeview. Hands down the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Look forward to doing more business in the future.

the sales team and general manager refused to tell me who I was speaking to after asking when they cut the knees from me on trade value of a tractor after they were provided the make, model, hours and details of the tractor itself. they provide a value then went to see it and stated to me looks good. Next day 5K removed from value on trade to blame research of tractor, but had all that information well before seeing it. I would never purchase from them again. or recommend anyone else do so for this shady tactics and poor customer service. prior to this I was a customer and spent 25K on equipment two years prior with them and returned thinking I would have a pleasant experience, that did not happen. they are no good and word is no good. do yourself a favor and travel to a different dealer. trust me it will be worth it.

Easy people to deal with. Highly recommend. Sales staff is great. New service is the pits. Tractor under warranty, warning light on, called to find out why. The said they had to send a tech. Didn't expect the $437 bill for a machine under warranty. If sales and parts wasn't good, would be a 1 star. Won't do business there gain.

The customer service is top notch. From our salesmen back in 2017, to the service department throughout this process. That said, I’ll never own a New Holland again. It’s being hauled back to the dealership on my dime. A Workmaster 33 with 475 hours on it, needs a new computer. Like I said New Holland is junk but this is not reflective on Ridgeview. I’ve only had great service. Hopefully they can get this tractor fixed so I can try to get rid of it. I’ve tried to find a number for New Holland headquarters to no avail. Not only am I looking at a hefty repair bill, im going to have to hire people to do what the tractor was purchased to do, until this situation is remedied.
