The service has declined sharply since we purchased our 2023 Tahoe RST that we custom ordered. The new system hasn't helped since you either didn't train your staff on the updated features and capabilities or didn't efficiently migrate the data from the old system to the new one. When a customer requests a tire rotation, they expect the tires to be rotated. Since you don't wash vehicles after servicing them like many dealerships, it was pretty easy to tell that the wheels had not been removed or rotated since there were no smudge marks or finger prints on the dirty wheels, and the tire with a low pressure issue was still in the same spot according to the TPMS. It shouldn't have had to be done when my wife returned for the window sensor repair.
Having to argue with the service department about oil changes and tire rotations that were included or purchased during my initial purchase should not be a recurring thing when scheduling service. I had to call your finance team and have them physically walk to service and show them where this was in the system on my account. I also firmly believe that when you had the third party replace my front windshield, the recalibration should have been included in the initial cost quoted. I feel like you only charged me and increased the price after the quote because the service dept was trying to recoup what they felt was the cost of the oil change discrepancy which in reality was their issue for not understanding the new system. We drive 1.3 hours to your dealership for service only because of the great experience we had with your sales and finance teams. I'm honestly not sure if we will continue to use Reynolds for our Tahoe at this point, but we will see...

Reynolds has great customer service. They inspected the vehicle for me after I purchased it at Parks Chevrolet in Richmond and found a list of item that needed to be addressed. I feel like the other dealer was shady and just wanted a sale. Reynolds took care of me and gave me that family dealership feeling.

Overall really good just hesitant because manufacturers have tremendous issues telling what features your car does and does not have and will not properly inform consumers but can't be blamed fully because dealerships also are to blame. The internet has almost no facts on it and every time I mention" the internet said x,y ,or z" the dealership says " it's not true". Also repair prices are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and personally feel that they should be HALF of whst they are currently! However on a positive note, it was the first time I was charged less than originally quoted because of service clerks activity helping disabled veterans like me by finding coupons. Many thanks to service clerks! Car work completed in timely manner ,great job service techs!

My vehicle was due for service on the oil and filter, and all of the soon I was contacted as a friendly reminder by Amanda who works on the appointment department. After I verify and confirm that the information was correct I got on the phone and in a short notice she booked me an appointment for service. At the service department the Service Advisor was very kind and treat me with a lot respect. After the service was completed, the Service Advisor provided me an entire report to be considered base on the vehicle manufacture.
Lastly, I will highly recommend Reynolds Dealer to any family or friend. Keep up the great work!

Reynolds has the BEST group of people running the show! I have never met so many people at a business that care as much as they do! Gian, Ron, Danny, Carl, and the whole GM team all deserve a raise!!!! And some pizza! Maybe some pasta and chocolate for Luca! But not too much sugar!!!!! Service team was very clear with communicating what needed to be done and what to avoid with my issues with a motor in a Chevy Cruze. They did what i asked to try and remedy the problem. They were helpful on steps to take to avoid throwing money down the drain.
