The professionalism in this establishment is unbearable. My fiancé and I got into a car accident and brought our car here to get fixed. They said it would be fixed within two weeks. We called on the day it was suppose to be done and was told that we never reported the windshield broken. However it was broken do to the accident. We were then finally told that THEY broke the new windshield and there is now a back order on the windshields. While speaking to a lady she said she was the office manager she said we were able to pick up the car to use until the other windshield was ready and then at that point the work on the car would be done and we can pay the deductible. When we called today we spoke to another lady who said she was the office manager and she was the most unprofessional lady I have ever dealt with, she talked to my fiancé like he was a child and was VERY rude on the phone. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. They are rude, unprofessional, and they do not handle your car with car , hence them breaking the new windshield they put in there then wanting to blame us for it. Also their communication in the office is horrible and they should learn how to work as a team and not give out false information each time you call with a different story.

Great service! I needed my side view mirror replaced. I called and was given an appointment for the next morning. Lady at the desk was super nice, we chatted a minute and then I was quickly given an unexpectedly low estimate. I waited just briefly, and boom, my car was ready to go! They even vacuumed it out, which was really wonderful because the dog hair was pretttty bad. I’ll be visiting them again soon to get an estimate for some work on my daughter’s car.Service: Body & Trim

They removed half of the front of my car- bumper, grill which I'd just replaced myself with brand new one at tune if $167 and head lights. Only a new or used passenger headlight assembly was needed so car could pass inspection. But where are those parts? Especially when I had told my insurance company that was my plan and I was picking up today. But only half of the front is present. No personel could answer me as to where abouts of these parts. I am very upset and will be demanding answers. There was no need to tear car up like they did. The staff is not very courteous. I will only return with law enforcement to find my missing car parts. No professionalismAnd I was being mansplained and talked to as if I had no knowledge of cars whatsoever. They're gonna have to answer for these missing parts unless I will have to file theft charges.

Stop taking parts of people's cars without owners knowledge and or permission. I went to pick my car up deciding to do repair mysrlf. But half front end was gone and couldn't drive car. oh I'm gonna be a thorn in their side. They have no idea who they treated so callously

These guys are great! I managed to get stuck on the side of the road in the mud while looking at some property for sale. They happily stopped and pulled me out with their tow truck. They didn’t ask for money even though they could have taken advantage of the situation and I would have happily paid. Next time I need something I’m coming to them. It’s hard to find good people this day and age and I’m happy to have met them. I will bring my vehicles here in the future. Y’all have a new customer!

A few weeks ago, I was broadsided by a deer. Pro Collision provided a quick and thorough estimate, coordinated with my insurance company, kept me informed of the repair progress, and returned my car to me a week ahead of schedule. As a bonus - they cleaned my car before returning it to me. Very pleased with the work and the communication and kindness of the staff.

I have given a 1 star review as a result of the dishonest, partial haggling and swindling scam this establishment attempted to pull. I hit a piece of sheet metal on route 3 going 55 mph. It left a 1/2" by 1' wide dent on the passenger door of our Toyota Prius; so it was a long but shallow dent with minor paint chipping (see picture below). Mechanics I had spoken with informed me it would cost from 300-500 depending on the quality of work and that of course they could not help me with it. This facility told my wife it needed to go through insurance as it will cost 1,500. My wife refused to run it through insurance and still wanted the estimate however the "salesmen" (owner) insisted it should go through insurance. Today, I received the official estimate stating my hybrid name plate has to be replaced (not damaged) for 34.42., 52.32 for a new mirror cover (not damaged), 389.50 for new decals, door handles, edges, mirror and front fender (again, non of which was damaged), they charged about 400-500 in diagnosing the vehicle ( I already did that work by telling them it had dent in the door) and lastly a bunch of BS miscellaneous fees such as cov-19 cleaning. This all came to a grand total of 2511.15. Either avoid this establishment in its entirety or just avoid the fraudulent estimator David Rutt whos name was at the top of my estimate (also attached below). Hope this avoids someone from being taken advantage of in these uncertain-hard times.-Cheers!

Last night while on the side of the road with a broken drive shaft and my son in the car, the owner pulled me out of a really tight spot. I appreciate the courtesy, kindness, and caring he showed. I highly recommend them if you need a tow and will be a return customer should the need arise.
