My mower was picked up in a timely fashion after I called. People are telling me I got a real deal on all the work they did, repairing something in the front end, new blades, and pick up and delivery.

I have dealt with Piedmont in Orange for about 14 years. I just had my Kubota 900RTV serviced. They did a good job, kept me informed and got it back at a reasonable time. The service adviser was great. The have improved their services tremendously. Thanks Piedmont of Orange. Gerry Ayres Aroda, Va

They have had our kubota for over 6 weeks for warranty repairs and told us on three different occasions that it would be done and dropped off in the next couple days when it didn't show up this last time we called yet again and were told the mechanic was on vacation for the next week and there's nothing that they could do.

Good people to deal with. Purchased a zero turn from them and very happy with it. And great to deal with especially when I caught the zero percent financing for 4 years deal and free insurance as long as it's financed.

Poor customer service, the staff could use training in customer service . They are good however at selling merchandise, but extremely limited at delivering merchandise once they've sold it. My best advice is to try another dealer.

Well I do a few small engine repairs. But someone asked me to work on a Honda 4 wheeler. I explained that I didn't know much about it. But I told him that I would do what I could. So found out the problems. And called parts. Wow I thought that he was being helpful. I even explained the situation to him. And came back with a quote. I even asked him for a written quote. Went back to my costumer. Well was friend. So he could call and pay for the parts. Come to find out after I called him. He decided to call around to save some money. Called the store in F-burg. It was half. Big difference from 700. And 332. Thanks for making me look like I was trying to rip my friend off. So please call around for pricing. Before you come here.

Best service and care for our Kubota! Cameron and Carter are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The parts desk is helpful and friendly too. Supplies are well stocked for our needs. Worth our trip from Culpeper.

I have read the reviews here and I wish I could be so positive but unfortunately I cannot. We bought a used tractor (about 30 hours on it) near the end of last summer. We were suppose to get it serviced prior to delivery and was told it would take 2 weeks. The tractor was delivered about a month later and not serviced. They did send out a technician to service the tractor but they had sent the wrong air filter so I had to make a trip (1hour) to there location to get the right filter. We were also suppose to receive a cutting edge for the bucket. We still do not have it, 7-8 months later. We understand there are supply chain issues however...other locations like Culpeper have them so I don't understand why we cannot get one?? I was told in November that it was on the way and would be here within the month, 6 weeks at the longest! Still no cutting edge. I have not had any phone calls returned despite the number of message I left. I have always had to call our salesman back. The only call I ever received from him was to sign the financial paperwork. After that no calls, no follow up, no cutting edge!. I am so disappointed. I was warned and against that warning I went there because they had the tractor I wanted. I also was interested in purchasing a Talon but I won't, at least not from this place. SO I am glad so many people had a good experience but as for me I will not recommend them to anyone I know

The young parts people would be lost without a computer and a part number. Went across the street and the older gentleman looked at what I had, didn't even ask what it was off of, went in the back and got my part. Somehting to say for the older generation, they definitely are a dying breed.

I often frequent Piedmont Power for hydraulic hoses...so far they have not disappointed. Things are getting ridiculously expensive, however. 2 small hoses, 3/8 i believe, a few feet long each, cost $150!My boys love coming with me to look at the tractors and utv's/atv's/motorcycles that are usually on the showroom floor.Apparently they are now a Wacker Neuson dealer in addition to kubota and Honda. They previously sold Gehl but have moved away from Gehl to Wacker.Staff is always polite and welcoming. For me, Piedmont is my go-to place for hydraulic stuff.
