Bryan Silva, by them posting a picture of your haircut when you call up their business tells a story. Are they proud of their work? I hope that someone was able to fix your hair.
I too had a very bad experience. One of the owner's employees told me off for ABSOLUTELY no reason, and instead of backing me up the owner told me not to come there anymore. Just unbelievable!
And these people talk about going to church regularly. Not my definition of good church people. Where is the kindness? Where is the compassion and understanding when a customer has been treated unjustly?

I'd give a negative score if I could.My very elderly mother, after a dibilitating and long illness, finally felt like getting her hair cut. Because she'd been sick for so long, she was nervous simply leaving the house, but she was also excited to finally get her hair in order and feel like her old self again, and to feel attractive instead of sick.We gave the stylist at your shop pictures of my mom with the desired haircut. We showed her a few images taken from different angles so she'd have a good idea of what my mom wanted. My mom stressed two things to her -- that she wanted it shoulder length and that she needed it to be plenty long enough to fit on medium rollers, since she rolled her hair to style it.The stylist, a small middle-aged woman with shortish brown/blond hair and dark rimmed glasses, starts cutting. Pretty quickly into the process I see her cutting the hair well above my mom's shoulders. I'm stunned and immediately bring this to her attention, saying that it was much shorter than my mom wanted it, reminding her that my mom had said she'd wanted it at her shoulders.The woman turns to me, scrunches up her nose, shakes her head, and in a half-whisper says, "If I did that, it would be a mullet." That's the explanation she gave for giving my mother the shortest haircut she's had in her ENTIRE life. Also, the picture we showed her was not at all a mullet. In the end, besides being ridiculously short and far too small to get on a medium roller, the cut looked nothing at all like the pictures my mom had shown her.My sweet mother TIPPED her, left the shop and cried, and then fell into a depression that has stayed with her for months. It was far too much stress on her weak system. Now, months later, she's afraid to get her haircut and hasn't had it cut since. But also now, she's afraid to go out in general because she's lost trust with pretty much everyone, BECAUSE OF THIS. This stylist did this by simply not listening to her client and affording them their own judgment on what they want on their own head. Even if she strongly disagreed with what my mom was asking for, for crying out loud, talk to her about it! Don't just give someone the haircut you think they should have! We had pictures and it was not a complicated haircut; other hairdressers had been managing to do it for 30+ years.I've been so angry about it, I haven't been able to write and tell you, but I'm finally doing so now because I want you to know that what you do for a living really affects people's lives, greatly! Your work is what they see every single time they look at themselves in the mirror. It's their image, and it's the difference between feeling beautiful or feeling ugly, having self-confidence or having none, feeling bold and secure or feeling small and insecure. You can ruin someone or make them feel beautiful. You ruined my mom, and it was so completely unnecessary.She's not a supermodel, you weren't getting someone ready for a runway show, and it was probably a small thing to you too cut this little elderly woman's hair, but you never know when what you're doing is going to have a huge impact on someone and how it's going to affect their life.I've got pictures, which I'm not posting here out of respect for my mom's privacy, but I'd be more than happy to show the people who run the shop.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my haircut. Can you even call it a haircut? My hair is completely messed up, still having left dead ends, and cut it so rigid and uneven in the back. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and no one should come here. Even when you tell them which exact haircut you want (with pictures), they STILL can't even do it right!!

Very friendly, were able to get me in right away. The woman who cut my hair did a good job. Reasonably priced. Not super sophisticated cuts, but good for straight forward basic hair cuts.
