“I wanted to reach out and let you know that you have a really wonderful employee working at your Orange, VA location. His name is Damien Repass and I believe he is the manager. I do not live here in Orange, but was in town visiting my son. We had an issue with my husbands phone that we were not able to solve on the phone with Verizon. I went into he store and Damien was already working with a sweet older lady who obviously was going to take a while. He took the time to come over, ask me what I needed and then he fixed it without making me wait. He was also very patient and kind to the lady he was already working with- never getting frustrated or curt with her questions. He is a model of good customer service and I just want to commend him for making what is normally a painful experience (dealing with phone/computer issues) very pleasant and easy.
