Was quoted on the phone 22.11 to have a side mirror cut for my truck. I walked in and they said it was some double strength side view mirror and that they had to order the glass and cutting it to shape would be difficult. They then told me it would be $345 dollars to have two mirrors cut. I can buy two brand new mirrors with chrome housings and everything for 20 bucks each. Not sure what happened to this place but it's a ripoff and I'll never be going back.

Mike's Glass & Mirror is SPECTACULAR!! I had a windshield replaced and both Amy and Jimmy were both very friendly and polite, they are the type of people that treat you like family from the beginning!! Love Love Love Mike's Glass & Mirror!!

After a complete and utter nightmare with safelite, Mike's was quick and efficient. They noticed quickly supplier did not have window and found someone else and still made already scheduled appointment. unlike safelite whom you have to fight to get ahold of and force them to find out products have not been delivered as stated they are. Safelite is nothing but lies from the get go! And these guys are half the price of safelite . After those experience Mike's will be our go to for our car windows. Thanks for saving my daighter

I accepted a contract with Mikes *********************************************** dated August 25, 2022, to replace the glass in the front door of my house. A company employee measured the glass replacement area on August 23,2022. The first appointment to install the glass was September 26, 2022. The technician removed the five small glass panes completely from the frame and then informed me that the glass would not fit into the frame. He said the measurements were not correct and that the company needed to reorder the glass from another company.The second appointment was scheduled for October 6, 2022, between 10 10:30 am, which is the date of this complaint. The company representative called me at 9:56 am to inform me that there was an issue with the installation and the company would need to reorder the glass.I informed Mikes *********************************************** to refund the advance payment to ************ Landscaping in *******, ********. ************ accepted full responsibility for the cracked glass and paid for the glass replacement in advance. ************ provided excellent lawncare service throughout the season. **************** assured me that he will still pay to have the glass replaced. He recommended another company based on his experience with glass replacement.I would not recommend Mikes *********************************************** for any glass replacement service. Two opportunities to measure for glass area was not done correctly and the company failed to inform me (the customer) of the problem in a timely manner. A ten minutes call before the scheduled arrival time is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I took my truck that had a leaky back window and asked them to fix it and they replaced the glass but didn't touch the part that was leaking. I wasted over $200 for nothing

Had them replace a screen that the dog had chewed up. The price was ok. The new frame they made was done well but the screen in it wasn't put in very well. I had to redo the screen. So 3 stars as they are suppose to be professionals and should make sure that the quality of their work will last more than a month or two.
