Please stay away from this place; they made a colossal error. I never received a sorry; the manager didn’t have anything to say because we had a documented email trail. I think the manager thought we were the typical type of individuals she works with from day to day and we didn’t have our ducks in a row. That wasn’t the case by any means. They did not file the extension that was requested in the Spring of April 2023, even though it was confirmed that the extension would be filed and not to worry. Additionally, when we did file our taxes in October 2023, we were never notified of the error, which obviously they would have seen when submitting our return. I received a late fee and penalties invoice from the IRS which has never happened in 20 plus years. If you have anything more then a W2 don’t go here.

My wife and I are always VERY impressed with our H&R Block tax lady, Kathleen!... She is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, very FAST, and is extremely PATIENT with us "elder folks"!... And she always gives us EXCELLENT advice on how to best plan for NEXT year in advance, so that we can "head off any problems at the pass BEFORE they happen!... Overall, we're really VERY MUCH IMPRESSED with the H & R Block service, but we just wish they could hold the prices down for us "seniors" on a limited income!... So, how about considering a "SENIOR DISCOUNT", to help out us "elder folks"????
