Zero stars. I called and requested an oil change, I did not ask for state inspection as it was not due for 6 more months. Sat in extremely dirty "waiting room" with a one year old for almost two hours, was delivered a failed inspection form and almost $300 bill with no explanation or commentary. Vehicle failed due to need for a new tire, which we were aware of and budgeting for when inspection was due in another 6 months. Receptionist extremely unfriendly, and unprofessional. Would absolutely never recommend this shop, and was even referred to a different shop by another customer in their own facility.

I’m from out of town and my car had some mechanical issues. The staff was very nice and easy to work with and they’re going to get me back on the road so I can get back to Alabama!! Five star rating all the way

Took vehicle in to be fixed it was not fixed and was told it was my transmission took it to a different mechanic that only deals with transmissions and he said it was not clores charged over a 1,000 dollars for a job not done had proof took them to court but lost the case couldnt afford a lawyer to stand up to them and vehicle still has the same issues be aware and take your vehicle to another shop unless you want to be scammed

I normally visit Clore's once a year to complete my Virginia inspection. They are normally very busy so get there early! They do have a waiting room available with a bathroom, chairs, and outlets. Price for VA inspection $20

I took my car to Clores to have a noise in the rear corrected, was told rear drums out of round, they replaced them and it did not correct the problem, kept the car for 2 weeks and the only communication I had was if I called them. The mechanic answered the phone and explained they couldn't figure it out. I went to get the car, (still no call from the shop) I talked to the lady at the counter asked how we were going to handle the bill, my problem wasn't fixed.She said You needed brakes, that car has new brakes and drums, I explained ,no I didn't, you guys just inspected it 30 days ago.she rudely retrieved the keys and rudely said have a nice day.As she walked away I explained I'm willing to meet you in the middle, and again a rude wave of the arm while still walking away.I will say the mechanic that talked to me when I called was very polite, sounded like a good guy.I had another truck there for inspection and work to discuss but was made to feel I needed to leave, a very disappointing experience.Orange Co.And now the noise is louder than when I took it in.
