Everyone on the team was phenomenal.
This is the 4th home I've purchased, and I've refinanced numerous times in addition to that. EVERYONE I dealt with was so far above any other experience I've ever had that I see no reason to ever go anywhere else for my mortgage needs. Pricing is extremely important when dealing with such a large purchase, and I did my due diligence in comparing pricing. NFM Lending was competitively priced, but the service was incomparable.
NFM is now my go-to mortgage lender AND the company I'll recommend to anyone else I know that's in need of mortgage services.

Everything about working with NFM was a breeze. Blane answered all my questions and addressed any issues that came up along the way and I always felt like I was in capable hands. The weekly status updates helped keep me informed as to where we were in the home buying process and also helped me keep organized and on top of what was needed of me to close on time on my new home. I had a good experience working with NFM. The loan originator and other personnel were very friendly and involved. Marlena was great any time I had a question or needed to review something in detail. For example, close to the closing date I still had not received directions on wiring the closing payment. She and the attorney rep kept me updated and helped me make the right decisions to close on time.Could have been a bit clearer on what signing the loan estimates meant. (I.e., we weren't actually committing to the interest rate yet) but we got to that conversation eventually and I just did not have a lot of experience as a first time purchaser.

Everything from the preapproval to the closing went as smooth and quick as possible. The entire team was always in frequent communication with me, explained everything in easy to understand terms, and genuinely looked out for me as a buyer throughout the entire process. It only took a month for them to get me through the entire buying process and I got a fantastic rate. I’m grateful to have used their services!
