This store for the third time ( 1:30-2:30-3:30)Different days has had sorry on lunch break on a white posty on the door.When you live in the country you depend on business hours to be operating. Good luck getting anyone on the phone.

Orange store employee Oliva R delivered Great customer service. I had hardware problems and store did not have parts. She told us how to get the parts and told us to bring them back to her and she would fix the phone. She fixed the phone renewed our service. Another happy customer :)

Store employee hanging up the phone on me along with the manager saying she was going to contact me about my phones being sent back which she never did. I have had a problem with ATT from day one I am highly disappointed at how the customer service is being handled when called in to this specific store. There is no reason why my wife and myself should be getting hung up on by employees there little alone employees that the manager told me herself that the employee that took our phones was never trained in that process!!! If anyone is to ask me about ATT I will personally tell them never go to ATT.

I would not suggest using this store at all! Go to the AT&T store in locust grove!!! Beth the manager and Nay the associate in Orange were far the worse customer service I have ever received!! No knowledge and lied about the deals. Colby in a locust Grove was awesome and sold us two phones with a plan!!! Then I also found out that the associate in orange had the nerve to ask Colby to give them the credit for the sale!!!

Unfortunately the experiences I have had at the store have all been terrible. I’m not sure who interviews the sales people but that person is sorely lacking. This time I went in for a glass screensaver for my iPhone. The person shuffled up to me and asked what kind of phone I had. I said an iPhone 11. I do not know about cell phones and it was up to this person to go into my settings and find out if I indeed had an iPhone 11. He did not do this. I purchased a glass film for my iPhone 11 and after this sales person tore it open and put it on for me, did he say “oh it doesn’t seem to fit”. My phone was an iPhone 11Plus. I now have a phone that has a film that is too large for the phone and I am out $40 and change for a mistake that the sales person made. I am very very, (did I say very?)dissatisfied with this store in particular.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a cell service provider store ever. In January I walked in to check out new phones. I was a 9 year Version customer at the time. The sales girl started talking to me about my current phone which was a Note9 and who my provider was. I stated that I was pretty satisfied with Version. However I'm not rude and I listened to what she had to say. She convinced me to switch because I was a retired Firefighter and their equivalent plan to mine was better and cheaper. She laid out the numbers and I would be saving 1/3 of what I was paying and that's with a monthly payment for new phone. I will never not listen to that little voice in my head again. I was allowed to take my Note9 home with my new phone to play with them. I had so many days to return my old phone and if I had a problem with the new one. I called her the next morning and explained that I didn't like the new phone because of the way it navigated. I asked her about another Note9 because it was the best phone I've used. I was told they don't make them anymore and the only way to get a new one was buy it off Amazon. She explained that unlocked thing etc. Went online and bought one, had it overnighter. Went to the store with the old & new Note9 along with the new AT&T phone. The new AT&T phone was returned after all the data was transferred to my new Note9. My plan & bill was adjusted and all is good right? WRONG!! It took from that day till yesterday to finally fix the nightmare that AT&T employee put me through. When I received my very first bill, it was twice the amount of my old Version bill. The reason was that I was starting to make payments on my brand new phone that I had no idea about. I was not getting a First Responder/Firefighter discount. And little other stuff. The short version of the stores customer service about the issue was, they either just couldn't care less or didn't want to deal with the steps to fix it. I didn't get promised returned phone calls. The store manager blew off two scheduled appointments. They even told me at this point it was my problem and I would have to drive down to Charlottesville, Va and fix the problem myself. I was basically ready to give up and contact BBB and legal advice. However a very helpful and caring customer service agent spent almost a hour with me on the phone till the problem was 100% fixed. I'll be paying off my commitment to AT&T asap and will be going right back to Verizon.

The sales rep I had in orange va. was personable, friendly, efficient and overly helpful. He answered questions I didn't even know I had. The best part was that he was more excited than I even was of all the savings he could get me being part of the first responders family. Great rep for your company and I hope hes recognized for his wonderful work. Thanks matthew!
