The Walmart in Onley, Va is the worst store in Virginia for customer service. I get treated worst here than any Walmart anywhere. I placed my order to be delivered 3 different times. All 3 times, NO delivery. I am disabled. I expect my order to be delivered. As a former Trucker, I made my deliveries to Walmart warehouses. Why can't they delivery to me when I live 5 minutes away?

Place sucks. Every time I shop there I have to wait in line for ever because they only have one register open and if I'm not getting a discount then I'm not doing self check out. I never find everything I come in for and a lot of the food prices are higher, so then I still have to shop elsewhere.

Wow is all I gotta say. Go on to buy a few things. The lady at the self check out was so rude. Grabbed a cooler out of my husband's hand. To check if we was stealing? Didn't even say a dam word. Lucky you didn't get punch up in someone's space like that. Won't be back again!

I may have lost my keys there, but no one from customer service will pick up so I have to drive an hour to ask. The manager of this store is a joke. Customer service is worse. The people who bring your order to your vehicle are excellent though.

Get your stock together and make sure it's in we have limited stuff here as it is. Tired of chasing what the heck I need and can't even get it from a super walmart

An excellent place at the entrance to the state of Virginia if you are traveling and want to take a break, it is a good place you will find clean toilets and you can also cool off a little with a soft drink or cold water
