Well people they done nothing wrong the way you solve the problem like my jeep I bought with the bad front end and leaking master cylinder things that are months old ALL you do is file a complaint on the VIRGINIA STATE INSPECTOR and the police go by and he can try to tell a tale but mine I know couldn't go bad in 38 days so you got better chance to yank their car inspectors till the inspectors do their job I hear a knocking on the inspectors door

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. We purchased a car and was told what a "good deal" it was..after not even driving 40 miles it had to be towed and $3000 worth of work. They will do NOTHING but lie and cheat you

I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forestor. Tyler and Elliott were both helpful. They were honest and truthful in regards to the condition pf the car. Allowed me to take the vehicle for a PPI (prepurchase inspection). I would definitely return if I needed a secons vehicle and would recommend to others.

Had a fantastic experience with H&C. We bought a 2010 Prius for my daughter. Tyler was very responsive when I first saw the listing on FB marketplace. Car description was on-point and really no surprises. I got there right at opening and their associate (Willy I think?) was the first one to greet me. He got the keys, took a pick of my license, put on dealer tags and let me go for a test drive. I gave it a good, lengthy test, checked out all the things. The car was in really good shape. Clean interior and exterior. The only thing I noticed was the windshield wipers needed replacing and they offered to do that. Tyler and Elliott (cousins I believe who run the biz together) were so easy to work with and a pleasure to talk to. The paperwork and transaction was very quick and easy and they provided the CarFax as well. The car was given a wash/cleanup before we were done. THE BEST PARTS... they actually accept MODERN payment methods like Zelle and Venmo! ???? AND the most neighborly part... Since I drove myself, Tyler followed me home in the Prius to drop it off, and so did Willy (i'm sorry if i'm remembering his name wrong) so that he could drive Tyler back to the lot. Very thankful for these guys! They will be my first stop when looking for a pre-owned vehicle in the future. Thanks!

I'm reading the other reviews about H&C's honesty and customer service. I can absolutely agree. This was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle.
I brought a 2014 Dodge Journey (at a great price) for my college son in January. There was a problem with the vehicle in May and turns out the warranty I purchased from H&C had an issue.
Bobby not only took care of the warranty issue, he worked with my repair shop to help take care of the vehicle repair as well.
To me that says a lot about the appreciation for their customers and quality of support that they have.
I will definitely look to H&C auto when I have to make another vehicle purchase.
