We leave in nearby Lake Ridge, but every time family comes to visit and we take a stroll in Occoquan, we go to Puzzle Palooza! We easily spend $100+ dollars each time and we love the care and attention from the employees. They are all so kind and fun to talk to! The variety of puzzles and games to choose from is great and there is always new stuff! We love Puzzle Palooza!

A puzzlers dream! Loved how many puzzles they have. If you are a beginner, they have plenty for you. If you are an expert, they also have a nice selection. If you are adventurous, they have large puzzles (42,000 pieces). I stumbled upon their murder mystery puzzles, which instantly intrigued me, so I had to get one. Can't wait to put it together. The only thing I wish they had was a selection of used puzzles, so that there is even more to choose from at a lower price. One does not always want to spend upwards of $20+ per puzzle they get. Other than that, glad I was able to stop in!

amazing selection of puzzles! You like a kid in a candy store. For puzzles lovers it's a must stop. Donna was so helpful. We walked out wit two new puzzles to add to our collection.

This place is awesome. If you enjoy puzzles or are looking for a great gift, this place is a must. They have a huge variety and several locally themed puzzles for the region that you'd be hard pressed to find elsewhere.

My neice is obsessed with jigsaw puzzles. Donna was very helpful and found a puzzle I know my neice would love. As a bonus, Puzzle Palooza also has wooden puzzle boxes from the Ukraine where proceeds help with the Ukraine war effort. I got one for my nephew. I will definitely return!

I was looking for an extra large puzzle for a friend as a gift. I wanted something at least 9000 pieces. They had a 12,000 piece puzzle and a 32,000 piece puzzle. I decided to go with the 12,000 piece puzzle. I needed it for a party that day and they were closing in 30 minutes. I called and they stayed at the store past closing to meet me. There was a street festival going on that prevented me from driving up to the shop so they made arrangements to walk the puzzle to my car a few blocks away. AMAZING customer service. I will definitely shop here again.
