My husband purchased a ring for our 30th anniversary back in 2020. It is beautiful and Terry went above and beyond to make sure that the ring was right. I unfortunately lost a diamond in my ring recently but when I presented it to be fixed, since I had just had it cleaned and checked a few weeks earlier Terry is replacing it for me at no cost. I buy jewelry every year at Quinn's for my daughters/granddaughters and get all my jewelry fixed at Quinn's.”

“We arrived here and the tall gentleman was very customer service oriented and showed us where to find our crafting beads. The bonus was that all of the crafting beads were 50% off, YAY!!We also had an opportunity to explore and found that they have a full end-cap of an aisle dedicated to sticky adhesives for wall (or other) items; from Command to 3M Brands, they have it all. There is a beautiful 75% off clearance section that is absolutely well stocked with a great selection of beautiful items. All Wall Decor is currently 50% off this week so that worked out VERY well for us. We will certainly come here again. It is the closest location to Washington, DC....go figure. They definitely need to explore opening one up closer to DC and/or in DC.”
