“I came into the store not knowing what to look for and no experience or knowledge of diamonds or what kind of wedding band/engagement ring to look for. Marissa was the absolute best with her customer service and knowledge of the diamonds and she let me try on any and everything I wanted to experience. I was happy with everything, took pictures and jotted as much detail as possible so that I could share with my boyfriend. The very next day, me and my soon to be fiancé unbeknownst to me came back to the store to look at mine and his picks. Chris was a pleasure to meet and he was great with helping us finalize everything. As Chris and my boyfriend were finalizing the coinage business, I was looking at rings and chatting with my sister on the phone. I thought my boyfriend was coming back to sit down to talk about the rings and something made me turn around and there he was on one knee with the ring in hand proposing. “I went to this store to get all my fingers sized for rings after I had gained weight. Christine greeted my boyfriend and me at the door. She was so welcoming and warm, it felt like we were already friends! She invited us to sit down and get comfortable while she brought a piece of pink (my favorite color!) paper. She had me trace my hands and then, using the metal rings, measure and write down my sizes for all ten fingers. We chatted about Mother’s Day. It was such a nice experience! She also gave us a tip that sales usually occur on weekends, especially on holiday weekends. Good to know! Now I have all ten fingers’ ring sizes and a happy smile on my face.
