Do not call these people if you need a tow. Look for somewhere else in Richlands or Grundy. These people charged me $350 to tow my vehicle 4 minutes. 4 minutes, 2 miles, $350. Shame on you

I just wanted to say I had a fantastic experience. From the time my truck was towed by Leonard's from the accident scene that night to the moment I picked up my truck after it was repaired. They placed me in a rental vehicle, and they took care of everything dealing with the insurance company which is so frustrating. Amber and Billy both kept me informed through the entire process, were extremely professional and very courteous. I dreaded this experience so bad, but the staff at Leonard Automotive made this a very pleasant experience. My truck looked amazing and best of all....they detailed the inside for me for free!!!!

Don’t use this company if you only have liability insurance my vehicle was towed a total of 11 miles and I was charged 1120.00. If I hadn’t paid that bill everyday it set in the lot it was 65.00 a day. Called surrounding companies and they don’t charge this if you only have liability on your vehicle. When Bill was questioned about the price he was not professional. You are also charged for an extra person regardless of 100.00 of them helping with the tow, and I never even seen anyone beside the man that picked up our vehicle. If they pick your vehicle up Bill said they can charge whatever they want to charge a person. Beware of this towing company, cause accidents happen at a time when you are struggling.

On 4/5/23 I paid this company $130 to have my car towed 7 minutes to the Oakwood garage over a coolant leak diagnosis. I told them upfront I had already talked to the manufacturer dealership, that’s located 3 hours away, and there is a plastic hose that’s a known issue on the engine model but I didn’t have the tools or experience to work on the coolant system myself. After that, I called the shop every couple days to see if it had been looked at and was told, “they’re looking at it tomorrow” each time. On 4/14 I still had no contact from them, so I call again and they finally tell me they looked over it and gave me a ballpark estimate of $800 to actually find a hose. “The coolant covered all the hoses so we can’t tell which is leaking” is an actual quote from them.. So I had to pay another $130 to have it towed 7 minutes back home. $260 and 9 days without a car, for an $800 quote. Within 5 minutes of having the car dropped off, I found the bad hose and ordered the replacement. I’m very mad with myself for paying $260 for nothing and extremely mad at the company who charged me for it. I’m not sure they even looked at the car, or maybe they’re just that incompetent… or they just wanted to overcharge me because of the brand. Either way, avoid this company if you have a choice. Excellent customer service and amazing work! I've had two vehicles fixed here and they came back absolutely perfect. The paint job was incredible. I loved that Amber went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car and she took care of everything. She made it an effortless, positive experience for me.
