I have had several other cleaning companies over the years (who have been horrible) and then I was referred to Smart Cleaning! I am always so pleased with their job well done but also they are happy & friendly each visit. Smart Cleaning has made it so that I don’t have to struggle cleaning because of my chronic pain, they’ve been amazing for us!

After an initial bad experience with a different company, I decided to get referrals from other people in my building, which is how I found Elizabeth! Initial contact and every communication since has been timely and friendly. After an initial deep clean, I decided to set up monthly recurring cleanings. It’s been a few months now and the team always shows up on time, are friendly, and do a fantastic and thorough job each time. Would definitely recommend Smart Cleaning!!

Initially the cleaning was very good! We hired them for a move out clean and then asked to have them come back on a recurring basis. The staff was always polite and nice. The relationship ended when I texted the owner to confirm our cleaning appointment which she confirmed. At the appointment time, however, no one showed up. I messaged the owner and she actually left me on read and never responded. No apologies, nothing. It was extremely unprofessional. Mistakes happen and I would’ve understood, but no effort was made.

I contacted Elizabeth to do a commercial move in clean for my employer. She was very prompt on the initial walkthrough and the day of the cleaning. Her team was on time at 8am and cleaned over 10,000 sq ft in around 8 hours!! I had dozens of cubicles cleaned, drawers, windows/blinds, kitchen, and all carpets steamed. Her pricing is very reasonable and she was amazing to work with. I would recommend this company for any of your cleaning needs!

I used their Move-out cleaning service. Elizabeth was very communicative and very open in what they provide. It was a two-story townhome and they were in and out quickly but very thorough. The finished place was great!
