This review is long overdue. Gerry and Tony's team completed a new deck build for us back in Q2 of 2021. I know they prefer reviews on Consumer Checkbook but since I'm not a member it's going to have to be Yelp. After interviewing many contractors, we went with Gerry's plan and pricing which I felt was on par for the project. They demoed my old deck and put in a new screen room porch and extended the deck. The team nailed their goal of completing the work in 3 weeks to the day. Tony's crew of 2 were some of the most hard working and gifted craftsman I have seen work. After the completion of the project, we felt blown away by what they designed and built for us, honestly going beyond our expectations. There was one change to be made with some alignment to the base of the deck which they took care of with no hassle or worry. From start to finish, we felt things rolled along smoothly, and were really impressed with the product at the end. All you can ask for in a contractor. So I definitely recommend talking with them if you have a large reno you are looking into with your home. Kirk F.

Ghosted us. Came and talked in detail about the project and promised a quote within a week. We were very interested in moving forward. A week passed, nothing. Another week passed, I sent an email and no response. After three weeks I called, no answer or call back. Never ever received a response. This type of behavior is very unprofessional.

Pro Deck Installers built us the deck of our dreams. They arrived on time, were very gracious and informative when answering all our questions and were meticulous in their work. They cleaned up after themselves and respected our property. I would use them again without hesitation and would absolutely recommend them to friends, family and strangers! Our deck is the envy of the neighborhood.

We had an excellent experience with Pro Deck installers for replacing our deck and installing a new paver patio underneath for our townhouse. They had one of the most reasonable estimates and delivered high quality work.
