I don’t know the lady’s name, but there is a woman that works there that possesses the most amazing encyclopedic knowledge of animal nutrition ever! Anytime I have a special situation I know I can always depend on her to help me find the right solution whether it’s a dog or a cat. They did charge me $50 extra because he was really matted, but I was expecting this / didn’t mind paying extra as I knew his fur was pretty matted, it was worth it to get him all freshened up and ready for spring weather :-)”

We bought a suet feeder and a few blocks. Took about 4 days, but now we have a regular gathering in the morning (no squirrels).”

They even stayed a half hour past closing to help us and answer all our questions. They explained thoroughly about each type of bird and helped us find the right fitting bird for us.
