I absolutely love this place and everyone working here. As long as I can remember my family has been coming here since I was a child, and have always had immaculate service throughout the years. Ill always appreciate that on the day of my college graduation I had walked in panicked with a very wrinkled gown and they had pressed it for me then and there. That was a good five years ago. Its always a wholesome, easy, and great experience at this business.

I have had numerous good experiences with this cleaner and the tailoring service. All items have come back damage free, and very reasonable prices. Employees have always been very polite, even when I raise a concern about an item, and they have been happy to correct any issues I've noted.

I don't know why the reviews are so bad. I've used this cleaners for YEARS!! They've done all my cleaning from winter gear to large comforters to nice dresses. A couple weeks ago, I was gifted one of those large knitted blankets from a friend, but she had dogs and it smelled so bad! When I dropped it off, I was told that animal smells are usually hard to get rid of, but when I picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find all the smell was gone!
I also love how well they do alterations and fixes. They've fixed stuff like patching up my worn jeans, lengthening and shortening clothing, and helping me cover up bust area of some dresses and shirts. This is the place I recommend 100% of the time.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER! They steal your money, don't perform the service you request and then curse at you. Seriously. I just left their store, where the guy behind the counter was literally cursing at me with some very bad words. I brought in a pair of shorts to have two holes fixed in each back pockets, they fixed one and did not fix the other and charge me eight dollars. I asked him to please just go ahead and fix the other, and said I would pick it up in a couple of days. He started becoming angry and said it would cost double the amount ($16! for two stitches!), and that I wasn't clear about the two holes in different pockets when I dropped him off. (NOT TRUE). I kindly told him that's not how you run a good business, he then became irate and began cussing and told me to get out of the store. I am torn between leaving a Yelp review or calling the Police. It was that bad. Please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT patronize the store, hopefully they will go out of business and Oakton shopping center both get a friendly cleaner that does good work.

My dress was returned with the smell of moth repellant. I assume it wasn’t cleaned because my parfume was still on it.
