Paulina is great: efficient, fast-paced, and great at tailoring the workout to the person. The space is smaller but has everything you need/want. There are no more than 2 people doing their personal training session at one time. They have you do an assessment to see where you're at in fitness capability so they can tailor your workouts to your needs and abilities. Pauline handles workout scheduling only. You need to speak to the gym owner for information on pricing and the business side of things. I do now know prices so cannot comment on how it compares with other gyms but the workout was great. This is not a place to go however if you like to take your time during a workout. You are legitimately sprinting at time from workout to workout.

Not great for working out alone but the “group” classes are so small it’s like having a personal trainer! And everyone is super friendly.

My House Fitness rocks! I researched several personal trainers throughout the Northern VA and chose My House based on price and convenience. I belong to a regular gym, but really needed the personalized attention to get myself to the next level. First off, the trainers there are great people and really care about your success. Second, the pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other trainers in the area. They are also very conscientious about any physical limitations you may have and have many creative ways to work around them. Christi, the owner, is a fabulous person and really goes the extra mile to make sure you are getting what you need. Love this place!!

I have never been a gym person and enjoy walking outside, but deep down I knew I needed to do more. A few months ago I dropped in My House Fitness and spoke with Christie...what a delightful experience! She answered all my questions and there was no pressure to sign up. She was quick to offer a trial period so I gave it a shot. I work out with a personal trainer named Sierra, she is amazing! She pushes me but not beyond what she knows I am able to do...even if I whine a little . Three months into my training program, I am so much stronger than before and it feels great! I am excited to see what the next results will be. Thank you Christie, Sierra and gang for making this so much fun!

Have had a positive experience here. Trainers focusing sessions on my personal goal of returning to running. We have fun as I sweat my buns off. They have inspired me to work hard and achieve my first running goal. I'm sticking with it!
