“I went for the first time maybe two weeks ago. A lot of the garments I have are pretty expensive and I was a bit nervous. I met this sweet lady by the name of Lee. She was so nice and never stopped smiling. Honestly customer service today is so underrated and overlooked but not here. Lee made me feel welcomed. There’s no need for me to discuss the clothes because I picked them up maybe 3 days later and they were PRESTINE!. Saturday is 20% off so I’ve already been back to drop off 6more shirts. The husband is super cool too. Everybody is professional but they also have beautiful personalities. So glad I found them on google. Sometimes they see stains that I didn’t notice and carefully mark all of them to take care.If that’s what you would expect from every cleaner, this is why they are above and beyond.Today when I went to pick up my clothes, I happened to ask about how to sew my son’s broken lunch box. “Having a laundry room reno so currently, no washer/dryer at home.It is clean!However, washer don't spin well so, when cycle is done, clothes are very wet. Additionally, the washer I used must have contained previous customer's Kleenex. My clothes are covered 8n white specks Dryers are $.25 for 5 mins when clothes are very wet, they can take longer to dry.Tvs are VERY loud.The staff member is very kind but there is a language barrier.Overall good place to do laundry.”

“I clean the place, the toilets are clean, my respect for the owner is already elderly and he waits until 12:00 pm until I finish washing, they saw at 10:00 pm and regarding the machines I don't have any problem, they are machines and they break if I start to criticize that they are bad because the best thing is to look for an apartment with a washer and dryer and I have been 5 years old and once I had problems with a machine but they are machines and they break the truth is I will continue here washing”
“Every item is individually processed and protected with cardboard inserts and tissue paper. No chemical smell or processing residue. Beautiful job with all my Italian linens that I thought could not be revived. Also, they only charged $3 to sew a seam up on my blazer. They even removed an ink stain that maple avenue cleaners missed in their service a couple weeks ago. “I came here to get 2 pairs of jean shorts taken in at the waist (altered). They were ready 2 days later, and let me tell you, they fit amazing! The lady who does the alterations did an incredible job and I could not be happier with my 2 pairs of jean shorts. However, it cost $70 to get 2 pairs of jean shorts taken in at the waist ($35 per pair). The lady who did the alterations said her base cost for alterations is $30. So, just beware that they will majorly over-charge for any alterations, but they do a good job.”
“Their service is superb albeit pricey. $25 to dry clean a suit and launder a dress shirt. I asked them if they could remove a small spot of blood on the cuff of the shirt and they said no problem. It was fainter but still there but a good effort. I appreciated their one day service. They got it done earlier than the promised time and texted me that it was ready. Great service!”

“Busy with people on Sunday afternoon, but plenty of machines available, plenty of folding space. Pretty clean and staff always working the counter or tidying up. Air conditioning holds up even in the summer heat. Prices pretty good. Cute art on the walls. Bathroom was locked the whole time I was there.”

There are nice high tables for folding clothes, with chairs that are also high for folding, reading, writing, etc. Plenty of supplies are available for purchase if needed. Each time, they do a fantastic job - I've never been disappointed. They really know how to work with any fabric, and they always take the time to listen to what I want and make sure that the alterations are done exactly to my specifications. One time, I took a jumpsuit that I wanted to turn into a jacket to them as a project, and they did a truly amazing job on it. “I have some WWII SQUADRON PATCHES & needed them to be sewn on my Jackets. No one would do it, because the leather patches where to supple. It took me Two years to find someone & the person was Ms. Monica. She is a Master seamstress & trains other Tailors on what she does. The patch she sewed on my jacket, was so perfect, that people thought that is how I purchased the my jacket. Ms. Monica was so perfect in her sewing technique, that my next order I had to ask her not to make it too perfect so people will know that the patches where added on the Jacket. If you want a perfect job on any of your clothing, you are going to have to pay for it. Yes it was a little steep on the price. But this is why you pay a master seamstress, not your mom to do this type of work. She really, really knows her stuff & is a very sweet lady.”

“The place is cleanThe staff always spends their time cleaningSince there are very filthy people who leave their pigsty or take their little ones and leave everything dirty, the staff is friendly and if sometimes they are in a bad mood it is understandable because the place is not a daycare and there are people who are not aware of their clothes and leave them there for a long time and leave or they simply spend a lot of time taking clothes out of the dryer because as they take them out they fold their clothes (it is better to take out all the clothes and fold them as desired on the tables)The machines sometimes overheat but the staff always checks the temperature and if it can no longer be used they give you a warning not to use them. “I am confused by the negative reviews as I've brought my most delicate pieces of (silk) clothing here and they delivered each one intact. The dry cleaning is top notch, but what keeps bringing me back are the alterations. The seamstress does such a good job with altering dresses and even jeans! I am always pleased with the results. Plus the price to dry clean a dress is only $10.95. They will keep having my business!”
