James and his team did a fantastic job redoing my kitchen! My kitchen was lost in the 90s and he brought me up to date with an amazing kitchen! James is creative, responsive, flexible, and just a great person to work with. I also thought his pricing was very fair and reasonable. I’m actually so pleased with he and his team’s work, I’m find other projects for him to work on. Thank you again James!!!

We interviewed a number of contractors for our new kitchen, but once we met James, we immediately loved his ideas and plans for our new kitchen. We ended up doing our mud rom and a mini built in bar for our dining area. James works with you from beginning to end; he is willing to listen and talk though any doubts or new ideas and address changes that might occur through the designing process. The work was completed on a timely bases and we were regularly informed on the next steps of our project. His workers were always on time and would sometimes even come on the weekend. When working with James it is important to have an final idea your confident with, and James will make that idea a reality. Pictures of final product and one of the original 1985 kitchen.

We went to Image Flooring, Kitchen and Bath having already selected a flooring at a competitor. They were helpful educating us about our selection and alternatives, and claimed they could beat the price we received with an equivalent selection from a different brand. We worked with them to find an equivalent sample, a process which required custom making a flooring sample from the brand they recommended, and finally received a quote.The entire process delayed the installation of our flooring by about six weeks. At the end of the process, they changed the pricing they originally had quoted us to be just marginally less than what we had started with from their competitor. We felt we had been bait-and-switched on the pricing and don't feel the delay was worth it for the marginal benefit.Installation went flawlessly and we are happy with the flooring. We asked them to bid on some follow up work and their bid came in 2x as expensive as the winning bid.We do not have complaints about the product or installation but would warn others to watch their pricing.

In 2013, we bought a previous rental property and wanted to transform it into our home. It was a 30 year old property that was in need of improvement. In 2014, we visited the Image, Flooring and Bath and met James and expressed interest in remodeling our home. After several design sessions, we agreed to a plan and started the remodeling work that covered the kitchen, flooring and 3 bathrooms, and banisters. For the next 2 years we were mostly in some state of remodeling and were very happy with the workmanship and coordination with Jame's team. Like any project, there were some minor issues, but they were resolved without any hassle. Just recently, I dropped into Jame's store because we have a small chip in our granite counter top and was looking for a referral, and in the midst of our conversation, I had to share with James, that after almost 10 years, we still love our home and it still looks fresh and appealing. It takes a special skill to transform a space from concept, design and implementation and James and team truly delivered for us.Services: Granite countertop installation

We worked with Image Flooring, Kitchen & Bath to gut and renovate our primary bathroom, as well as turn an unused sitting room into a walk-in primary closet. We chose to work with Solomon because we felt like he understood our vision while helping us work within the parameters of our space and keeping our budget in mind. He helped us find options that were a little outside of typical finishes and provided helpful guidance when something wouldn't make sense from a space, budget, or usage perspective. Solomon and his team were quick to help when issues came up, and tried to keep the disruption in our house to a minimum while we waited for some items to come in. I contracted Image Flooring, Kitchen & Bath to do two flooring jobs in my home and they both turned out great. Solomon and James are both really good at what they do. My experience as a customer was that they were very knowledgeable and patient in educating me on the options available to me and guiding me through the choices I had to make about my projects. Communication was great and they were readily available to answer the many questions I had. The turn-around time on the projects was also good, which was important since I was operating under some time constraints. Their installation crews were professional and efficient. My home now has some beautiful new hardwood flooring and I am very happy with the result. I would definitely go back to them if I have any more home remodeling projects to tackle and I would definitely recommend them to others considering a remodeling project.Services: Install flooring

After 25 years I decided to remodel my master bath. My first step was my smartest. I spoke with Solomon at Image Flooring, Kitchen & Bath. He was amazing.He gave me design options and showed me flooring & cabinet options. In short he made the process so easy. Then when it came time to get the job done he sent an outstanding team to my house and within weeks I was enjoying an master bath to complete with the best of them. I have not one complaint. Not one.
