“Caleb and Emily were immensely helpful today. I was having trouble with my car/phone connection to the internet. My Wi-Fi worked fine but internet would not connect. Caleb listened to my concerns, went with me to my car and in less than 5 minutes had resolved the problem. I had had three other knowledgeable people work on this to include staff from a GMC dealership to no avail. I was thrilled to have this fixed.Also, I mentioned that I probably should go ahead with a data upgrade if that would help with extra billing incurred from extra cell usage when travelling. “After not getting helped at the location in Tyson’s Mall(no acknowledgment from staff that we needed help after a 15 minute wait) Decided to take a chance and visit this store. Best decision ever…Definitely should have come here first! My daughter needed a new phone and Azim was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful with all the questions that I had for him. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and my daughter was super excited about her new iPhone 15 pro! Honestly, Verizon is quite lucky to have this gentleman Azim on their team! “Ash was amazing. Ash solved a problem and got my service activated in ~10 min which 6+ hours on the phone with Verizon's 800 number couldn't do. Ash even explained to the manager how to solve one of the issues we encountered. I wish I would have gone to Ash first instead of trying to port my number and get VZ service via the VZ website; I could have saved myself a lot of time and frustration.”

“Fairfax Antenna did a great job for us. Our TV antenna wires (installed by another company) came loose from the house wall, and they re-attached them and disguised them behind downspouts better than the original installation. In addition, our Verizon Fios cable had also come loose, and Verizon never caulked the hole where the cable enters the house. Fairfax Antenna reattached those wires, made a drip loop, and caulked the hole. They were great to work with and I'd hire them again in an instant.”

Upon entering the store, you could feel how welcome you were. Brianne Wallace and Daniel Medrano greeted us with a smile and you could feel how happy Brianne was to be able to help my friend Michael. She skillfully assisted Michael in turning in his older phone for a new upgrade. It was also a great please to witness the true teamwork that was very evident between Brianne and Daniel. “Sitting outside T-Mobile, Dulles Retail Plz, VA. My wife lost her phone on flight back from Denver yesterday and needed to reconnect to her world. Luckily I had a great carrier (T Mobile), insurance on the phones, and (best) Brandon and Shady working at the store! Brandon and Shady helped me file my claim as I sat at the store, claim was accepted as I waited, phone is shipped to the hotel we are headed to, and Brandon has given me my SIM card to install when phone arrives tomorrow. Can't shout out louder the professionalism, courtesy and skill of Brandon and Shady (new hire - amazing, gold star). Always felt T Mobile is better than the other cellular companies and Brandon and Shady are proof that this is true. Absolutely unique service. Thank you. And, the cover was even on sale. Definitely a great karma day!!! Keep up the great work. A loyal customer.”

“A small and newer 711. I like that the staff here is cognizant about fresh coffee. They are all super polite, and I wish parent company Southland Corporation, would go with these as the new model. Yes it can feel slightly cramped, especially during rush periods, but organized and well marked for the win. It makes a emergency run for Pepto easier, or just getting that candy bar for a quick pick me up. Where the cash registers are makes sense. It's an island in the middle of the business. It allows for extra speed, and both egress doors are close. You can literally grab your coffee and roll out, and the parking lot is set up in an intelligent design. They put thought into this one. It's super tidy and is among the best, if not the best 711 in the region.”
