Normally when coming to this cvs on my way home/work, I haven’t had any problems until today. The actual PHARMACIST and another pharmacy employee has no respect for others, no customer service education, and no skill what so ever of talking to customers.
They don’t like their job, then stay home. Stop messing with paying customers money and time.
I will NEVER RECOMMEND this CVS PHARMACY for any of their services and PRESCRIPTIONS.

No issues with the pharmacy. But the woman who monitors the self checkout is a nightmare. I frequently use this location because of the close distance & I use the pharmacy, but no matter what time of day, this woman is constantly following around the store. And when it's time to check out, she stands directly behind you to monitor. I understand loss prevention is her responsibility, but she is so rude and bossy. I was trying to scan my coupons and she continued to tell me that I need to tear them each apart, and that I'm not doing it fast enough. She was clearly irritated. I always give people the benefit of the doubt that they may be having a bad day, but it is EVERY time I stop in there.

The pharmacist (Stacey) was rude and became upset when I clearly did not know her job. I Just spent $800 on meds to pay for that experience. I was there on behalf of someone else. I stopped using them for my PX needs when they thought it a good idea to shutter the place at lunch time--really inconvenient. This explains their low over-all rating

Not only are they closed for lunch but they also continue to be short staffed. I don't understand what they could be paying or what the work atmosphere is like that they cannot afford to staff up so we are not always waiting in line, especially during peak periods. I hate this store but I have no other option.

Once again, this CVS dropped the ball. Last time I visited, an Rx they told was being prepared the day before had not been prepared (over 24 hours later)… This time, they didn’t honor a simple $2.50/off coupon - after wasting a half hour of my time debating it…

Pharmacy seems to struggle. Repeated calls that prescriptions are ready. Arrived during their reduced hours and prescriptions are often not there/available.

Bad pharmacy. Would call, they would tell me my prescription was ready and I’d show up, wait in line just for them to tell me to come again tomorrow because it’s not ready (this has happened MANY times)

Extreamly ever so Thankful for Ms. Loan (the beautiful customer service representative at check out) she really took her time and did her due diligence while explaining the great benefits of CVS to me. She is extraordinarily kind, warm and very easy to talk to . Not to mention her patience, she does a great job of communicating and answering questions Ever so gracefully. Thank you for representing CVS so purly. CVS, Thank you CVS for hiring Quality candidate. GREAT LOCATION 10/10. Same quality of service received from the pharmacy Been coming here for over 5 years.

I have had nothing but great experience with this cvs and am baffled at all the poor reviews. They may have changed staff or trained them more in customer service but I have received great service from them.
