I was there for my credit card. I applied online but told to visit the bank in person for further verification. I was assisted by Samuel Ashat, who was more than helpful and patient throughout and helped me with the entire process and made sure that I wasn’t going through any hassle in the process. Really thankful to and appreciate Samuel for being so helpful.

Since I work long hours during the week, I stopped by this branch on a Saturday to change the name on my account after getting married this year. I arrived over an hour before the branch closed. After being told to take a seat and wait, I was informed that the only banker at the office would be busy with another client for 60-75 minutes.
I was informed that I should come back on a weekday to get better service. This is an unacceptable message to your clients. If you are unable to serve clients on weekends, you should not have open branch hours.
I found another branch to serve me same-day, but this experience will make me reconsider banking with Chase.

My experience with Chase Bank at their alternate location was nothing short of impressive. Initially, I attempted to schedule a same day appointment at another branch but I encountered unhelpful, uncooperative and unprofessional staff. However, when I reached out to the Oakton location, the team there offered an exceptional customer service and willingness to accommodate my request on short notice. Despite their busy schedule, they went above and beyond to find a suitable time slot for me, their commitment to providing excellent service and prioritize the needs of their customers truly sets them apart.I highly commend the team at Chase Bank Oakton branch for their outstanding customer service and flexibility.

I opened both a checking and savings account at Chase Bank last year after my nearby PNC branch permanently closed. Chase was offering bonus dollars for opening both accounts, so I took advantage of the opportunity. From the start, I've been impressed with their exceptional customer service. The staff members are friendly and always willing to assist, which has made my banking experience pleasant and hassle-free.On one occasion, I needed to order Euros from the branch, and although the conversion rate wasn't the most favorable, the convenience of having it processed within 2 business days was invaluable to me. Living nearby, I appreciated the proximity of the branch and didn't feel the need to explore other options, saving me time and effort. While I've encountered limitations with walk-in services, as appointments are generally required except on Saturdays, I see this as both a pro and a con. It ensures efficiency and personalized service, but it may inconvenience those who prefer spontaneity.Overall, my experience with Chase Bank has been excellent. Their friendly staff, convenient location, and efficient services have made them my go-to choice for banking needs. I highly recommend Chase to anyone seeking a reliable and customer-focused banking experience.

Branch welcomed me and my family as soon as we walked in and helped us very attentively to our list of questions and needs. Additionally were very kind with our two young children.

Stopped by to open two new accounts. Waited over 30 minutes. No one acknowledged our presence; bankers kept walking by and would see us but not say a word to us, We felt the whole place said, “We don’t want your business.” We couldn’t believe how rude everyone was. Not the way to build a good reputation with existing or prospective customers.

Chase could not provide standard letter online and advised to present to branch. We did. Maybe 7 employees and no one working because system was down (they said at all branches). Could not function. Not sure why they didn’t hang a sign on the door that they were closed for business. Giving my first Chase banking experience an ‘F’ and am sorry I opened this account there.
