I had the pleasure of meeting with Casey on Sunday to look at a listing that caught my eye. First and foremost, I sent him and email on Thursday or Friday asking if he had time to meet me and he responded immediately! He worked around me and my husband's schedule and was extremely accommodating.
Casey was waiting for us when we got there. He knew all about the house before we got there. Gave us his honest opinions and wasn't pushy AT ALL. That's honestly my biggest fear in these situations. It was quite the opposite. He heard what we were looking for and right away understood what my dream house looked like. He took us to a house near by and allowed us to do a walk-in. Not only that, he drove to a third location with us and reviewed his thoughts on that space.
I know he's a busy man and very well known in the area, but when you are working with him, you feel like his only client due to his undivided attention.

Met with main realtor here. One of the worst experiences we’ve had, among all realtors. Arrogant demeanor, pushy. Believes what they say is the last word. Comes up with difficult contractual terms. Wants to sell your home at a premium to make a fast dollar, good for them, bad for you. You can do better.

I used Casey Margenau Fine Homes for purchasing my first property. It was very easy to work with Casey and his team. After searching and looking at a few houses, they found me the perfect property. I was able to purchase the property at $35k lower than asking price after excellent negotiations carried out by Casey and his team. Casey and his team are true professionals, they were very responsive and able to explain aspects of real estate that go above and beyond what traditional agents know these days. They really care about the client's best interests and treat you like family. The property is incredible, we have great view of sunset everyday and looking forward to enjoying it for many years to come. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a property!
