As a business owner, customer service, genuine customer service where you can hear and see the individual cares about their customers and loves to help, is rare.
I just experienced probably one of the best examples of customer service I have seen in a long while. Hasih was amazing. He was so helpful with the customers before me, helped his team member with a costumer who had an issue, all the while keeping his composure and professionalism at top notch.
I appreciate Capital One for having him as a part of their team. Very great employee to keep around and promote. To actually have him train/teach others would not be a bad idea either.

I’ve been a customer of Chevy Chase/Capital One Bank for over 30 years. I recently opened an account to receive funds from Fairfax County on behalf of my daughter with special needs so she can enroll in a program. I needed an account verification letter which they refused to provide. They told me to “print out a Direct Deposit form” and I told them the county won’t accept that. There was nothing else they could do unless I wanted to wait 30 days for a deposit verification letter. Unbelievable. I plan to close every one of my accounts at Capital One.

I wish there were an option for zero rating but unfortunately one star is the lowest option to pick. For the sake of your time, use another Capital One branch and not the Oakton/Vienna Branch. In this branch there are some associates with not enough training who simply make mistakes that would cause you extra and unfair charges. Then the burden is on you to make several phone calls and spend hours of your time to fix the issue and possibly get a refund. Capital One should provide enough training to the staff who are sitting there and taking care of international transactions. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

High props to Imrann. He noticed my wife was in a rush and had her in and out within 2 minutes which was a huge relief for her. Cheers for being the only full service branch in the area!

Capital One sold my Roth IRA CD to millenium Trust Company before it matured. I just now received a statement from Millenium Trust stating that I have been assessed a $35 annual maintenance fee. When I open the CD with Capital One I was never told there would be a maintenance fee. Capital One screwed ME BIG TIME.

I visit the bank today around 3:20 and Hema was the person who was doing my transaction but I think she need to learn Custumer services because she was rude with me for the mistake she made.

My account was accessed by someone who admits he did so. There is 25,000. Dollars missing from this account. Today I was told my account was closed and capital one wished to break off any further relationship. This same individual obtained my credit card when it was issued and capital one again holds me responsible even though it is a written admission by the individual he did this

I love this capital one bank. After coming here a couple of times they know me by heart. They know exactly what I need and I'm in and out in less than 5mins. The tellers are sweet and quick .

It's very frustrating when you get to the bank 5 minutes before they close and although it's after 5pm when they wait on the vehicle in front of you, they refuse to wait on you, and don't even say, "sorry, we're not able to help you today." They just act as though you aren't there and haven't been waiting in line for 12 minutes.Normally this is a great location, with very pleasant employees, but today they failed me.
