I just went to open an account to this branch since it’s closest to my home. The person on the window was John Sim he told me that I have to do the application on my phone that he can’t do it there for me which I new It was not true because my friend went to different location of this bank and they help her there without any problem. I tried to do the application on my phone and it told me that I need to go to the nearest branch so I’m just going to say “ bravo” you are so lazy and lame.

Stood in line as the next person waiting for about 15-20 minutes. It’s understandable that the teller was taking their time with a client but also having some technical difficulties. Another teller came up (off break or start of shift) and continued to chat with the drive thru and front line teller asking how busy it was and if there were long lines. After waiting another 5minutes seeing a line forming the teller walked away mentioning to the other that they were fine. Poor customer service on many fronts. Even had a manager ask if I needed help and they easily passed it on and that a front line teller would help instead.

I called for a question about my card and the guy put me on hold and it hit 5PM. No one came back on the line.

I've been using BB&T for decades but this branch for only 4 years. I have had nothing but good experiences. Most recently Ahmed moved my car loan from a different back to a BBT loan with a much lower rate, for free, with virtually zero participation from me. It was the easiest financial transaction of my life... well, I guess buying a snickers bar is easier, but for a significant loan it was the easiest by miles. Anyway, thanks Ahmed. Much appreciated.

i was waiting more then 30 minutes in the bank there was no other customer in the branch except me but the 3 employees were doing noting.unbelievable that is why they have 2 star service.

Online Banking and Support Totally Broken; unless you want to conduct banking like it's 1969 stay far away. The only viable way to manage your account and deal with customer support is driving to a branch. Branch people will tell you openly that, "they should just get rid of the online banking." Ridiculous.

Terrible Customer service! I was stuck on their automated system several times. I ended up taking my mom in person to simply change the address on the account. I've done all my other accounts in banks and other companies within minutes and I don't understand why this is such a problem here. When we arrived they turned my mom away bc she didn't have the new address listed on her lisence. Of course not, we just moved and are in the process of changing everything over. The lady was rude and didn't help and we went there for nothing. Had I been able to get through over the phone maybe someone could've warned me and not wasted so much time. I called a different branch that said they could change it. Over all VERY displeased.

Very show, takes 15 minutes to make two deposits every single time, cold face, wouldn't change $50 quarters for me, the manager told me I have to call them one day ahead to get $50 of quarters.

Horrid customer service. Don't do much to help you and question you about where else you bank at all the time. BB&T is very behind on the times, its 2017! Blatantly stating a monthly maintaince fee just for banking there ($5 bucks) is not a way to win over new customers. Steer clear

Wonderful customer service my a*** Not only does the ATM not work, but the guy at the window said I would have to come inside to withdraw cash. Do you make the elderly and handicap come inside too? Never use this branch. You're also not open 24 hours, get it together.
