This is, without a doubt, the worst pharmacy ever! I went in to pick up a prescription my doctor sent in earlier that day. The girl at the counter asked if she could help me and when I asked about my prescription, before I could finish, she said, "Nope!" This left me gob-smacked; I didn't know what to say or how to respond. This person had asked to help me and when I said I needed my medicine, I got cut-off and a one-word reply. I attempted to elaborate and again received a, "Nope!" reply and the additional information that their computer system had been down all day. A more appropriate initial response would have been, "I'm sorry, our computers have been down all day and we haven't received any prescriptions."I called in the next day to ask about my prescription before I drove there in person and the woman answering the phone cut me off before I could introduce myself and asked me for my date of birth. I gave it and she replied, "We don't have anything for you." So what exactly am I supposed to do? Should I call the Doctor's office today and say that the pharmacy didn't receive the prescription? Shouldn't the pharmacy reach out to the local offices and inform them that they need all the prescriptions over the last 24 hours resent because their computers were down?I won't ever use this pharmacy again! The people are rude and inept.

They tried to kill me! Txt me saturday morning to tell me they werent allowed to sell my siezure meds ive been on for years. Had 3 days left. Called me 1 hr before they closed. Medicen is rare. Other pharmacies didnt have! Then they canceled all my perscription that were already filled and waiting because i tried to have the one switched.!! Short on 2 siezure meds! They opened without licence and permits. Should be closed.

Switched pharmacy name. Told me my scripts are not available now. With 3 days warning on epilepsy meds on 4th of July weekend. Asked them before change. Lied.

H&H Oak Hall is still missing the mark with customer service. It's a joke to them. They just don't care. Rude, impolite and impersonal. It seems they don't care about the patient or customer and their needs. I find this to be thoroughly disappointing since they chose a profession in the medical industry to what?...help folks. They don't care, except to coldly hand out pills. I've had major medical problems for 31 years now and I have never dealt with a colder, more unpleasant pharmacy in all that time.

Very very very very rude I mean rude everytime I call they don't say bye they hang right up on you everyone that I talk to about H&H they all say the samething very rude if you don't want to give good customer service then quit if I was the manager you would of been gone along time ago I don't know who her name is but I will get it the next time if things don't change I'm changing my pharmacist I'm pretty sure that I won't be the only one because I hear a lot of people saying that they're going to stop going there because of her being rude all the time I have never seen anyone that rude before the next time I'm going to give it right back at her

Rude and uninterested in their customers questions especially over the phone. My girlfriend called to ask about a prescription the hospital called in for her and the woman that answered was snarky and proceeded to hang up on her when she asked for an estimate on length of time before they'd be ready. If you don't want to deal with customers, get a different job.

Patient profileing!! Iv been on a medicine for eight years for pain never had a issue with picking up early or running out for that matter. My google calander is how I keep track of my appointments and doctors visits. This month theirs a exstra week in my calander and I mistaken during a time im switching to a doctor closer to home. The pharmacey spent hours beating around the bush with every exscuse why it would not fill but the very reason it wasnt going through. Sneaking around on the phone giving the other workers funny eye looks!! This place is rude and watched them make fun of a lady asking questions about her recipt and the changes on it. She could not speak english very well. After seeing others being treated poorly as well as the judgements they place on others that have been busy with life this pharmacey will not be getting my bussiness and ill purchase my vitimans and medications elsewhere. The staf here obveiously are in the wrong line of work. You never lie and hide things because you assume something.

Absolute worst pharmacy ive ever encountered, and i have used them for over 2 years. If you want to argue with them about qhat day you are due to pick up your medicine and pay a different amount every time then this is the place for you.
