The service people were great. Can’t understand why I owe more after I paid the bill the provider gave me plus the yearly bill for tank rental. If I’m being charged because we smelled gas and had someone come out to fix it. That’s just wrong.

It was unnecessary to charge $99 to inspect this system since it was installed and tested by a certified and licensed company. Your technician found no defects! Tank was also supposed to be filled that day, it was not. That’s why I gave it a 1.

The absolute worst company to ever deal with! Last September i called and became a new customer and Set a date for set up. The date came and NEVER once did I get a call saying they can't come . I called and Denise gave the excuse of the girl who set your account up was fired were so sorry I'll put you on the schedule again. 1 month later! Guess what time it is suppose to be propane time. Nope again no show no call. Stupid me calls in hears excuses then JJ comes out he says you need to call and schedule your delivery these tanks are empty I don't do that part oh and where's the 280. So I paid his money for the set up fee which required nothing fancy no leveling involved. Then the delivery guys come and say oh we didn't see you on the schedule were sorry this happened. Apologized on behalf of this lowsy company. They told me when I reach 30% to call and schedule a fill. So I did exactly what they say! I did that last week! The Temps have been cold so I've been on high for several days. I called before the 2nd storm hit and say hey just checking where's the delivery guys. Oh we promise you'll be filled tomorrow were so sorry well put you on emergency list . Waited and called yesterday the boy said you have to pay 280 for them to come fill it . That's not what I was told I'm on your monthly budget! The fill was inured in that budget and I called your lowsy call center multiple times and now I have to pay 280 cause I'm less than 5% and my house is cold bc your drivers are scared!!!!! And I'm an inconvenience to them that's why yall wanted 280. I'm done I canceled yall are pathetic!!

The overall experience of getting a 125 gallon filled propane tank delivered is about 4 stars. The people answering the phones and the guy who actually delivered and set up the tank were top notch. However, Suburban's automated caller didn't actually confirm the scheduled delivery about until 10 minutes AFTER the delivery guy was already here (luckily I was actually at home then). It was also confusing that the tank was not actually full when delivered and they stated that I still had to pay the full contracted amount. To add to the confusion, when Suburban did came out and fill the tank the next week, they left a bill stating how much I owed for the tank fill up. The friendly staff who answered the phones said that I could ignore the fill up bill because it was covered in the original contracted amount that I had already paid. All in all, the Suburban staff were great, but their overall process in delivering a new filled tank is somehwat wonky and quite confusing.
