Towed my girlfriends car after getting stranded during a snow storm. Then charged an enormous amount of 250 dollars to take it the 12 miles back to their lot. Would not negotiate any on the price. I will not use them in the future. They rip people off during times that cant be helped.

The only towing service in the area willing to get me in the middle of the night when I got stuck on High Knob. Super nice guy and all around great service. I highly recommend it.
