ODP is the worst , I am disabled but that doesn't matter , I paid on my account the money I did pay didn't come off my bill so my electric will be cut off today it's like going around in circles with ODP in the end they don't care it's money , money , money , I lost a family member on the 4th , I'm disabled and I'll be in the dark , if I had any other choice besides ODP id take it .

They are not for the people! They love to drain the ppl dry for their money! No one in a single level Home should have a 600$ bill in a month! They don’t want to work with anyone and they will cut you off no matter the case. A bunch of overpowering people.

The Norton VA office has officially closed it's doors, So we're now forced to make our payments thru a 3rd party and too also pay the extra fees for the privilege. So operational cost has went down but our monthly cost continues to increase and all these crazy taxes they tack on are out of control. Considering we are mining the coal for the electric, steel and various other industries, Is it too much to demand accountability from these utilities? It isn't like we have the option to switch to another company.

Customer service is non existent not a joke or a hyperbole. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for months. They also told me I was set up for an auto withdrawal so I wouldn’t have to pay over the phone each month but it was a lie and my credit score dropped 40 points. Still can’t get a hold of anyone.

Horrible customer service, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Once you get through the men who come to fix power were very quick and professional.

They have drive thru and walk in service. Drive thru takes more time cause they are always busy.

Angie at the front desk is extremely rude. Not only does she constantly interrupt you but she makes sure you feel like a complete idiot for asking entirely relevant questions. I feel sorry for anybody else who has to deal with her.
