Completely unwilling to assist patients with any issues they encounter while filling prescriptions, whether it be a PA or any type of insurance issue. As a former CVS pharmacy technician, I understand the overworked and understaffed mentality, but the level of complete disregard for patient care this location shows is appalling. There are several very helpful pharmacies within a short drive of this one and I’d urge anyone looking for a new pharmacy to look elsewhere. They won’t notify your doctors office if your medication needs a Prior Authorization and they won’t call your insurance should you encounter an issue (lost med, duplication of therapy, coordination of benefit issues), they’ll just tell you it’s not covered and send you on your way without the medication you need and without another care that going without your medication affects you.
Example: A pregnant friend recently went to this pharmacy for a medication that was imperative to the survival of her unborn child. She was told the medication was not covered and it would be $300, she didn’t have the money and just left, going without it for three days until mentioning she didn’t know what to do about this medication. The medication could have been purchased there for about $30 on goodrx but no one told her that. The reality was, there was a COB issue that was easily resolved by her calling her insurance, which no one bothered to tell her at CVS, although when they get a rejection, it tells them that. Her RX was transferred to another pharmacy and filled the same day with no copay. Simple resolution that every pharmacist or tech anywhere should have been willing to assist a patient with. Not the staff here.

The CVS itself isn't too bad. My issue is with the pharmacy associates. I was told "we don't discount that medication" which doesn't make sense as the next person I spoke with told me about the discount on said med. The first one I spoke with also said "I'll have to pull her whole profile up to see what was ordered". Like isn't that your job? Last but not least, I called back for an update after discounts (which were applied by the second person I spoke with), immediately cut off as I spoke, once again with the first person, and said "Yeah, it's XXX - amount." Like thanks, but if you don't wanna do your job, just quit.

Always have to wait forever at the window, employees too busy joking and gossiping to come to the window even when they make eye contact and clearly see you sitting there. Once they get to the window, usually rude and there always seems to be an issue. Please count your medication before you pull out - they gave me the wrong quantity and acknowledged it after I brought it to their attention but refused to correct it since I had already left.

This place is liike every other CVS. Lots of everyday product that is needed. Professional service from the Pharmacy. Professional service in the store from the sales associates. Great place to shop and pickup prescriptions.

We have never been treated so rudely as we just were in CVS. For a manager to allow a so called Associate to yell at and disrespect customers right in front of her and not do anything is ridiculous! If you can't handle a issue without yelling then you don't need to work in customer service and if you are a manager and you can't handle your associates or any issue without starting to cry then that's not the role for you!

Quick prescription service via the drive thru. Would give 5 stars but the entrances and exits to the parking lot need to be fixed.

So I had to wait for prior approval on my insurance and pay out of pocket for my prescriptions. Then I looked all over until I found a discount service called goodrx and tried to use it as well and they specifically chose not to honor the coupon just so they could have more.money so here I am again paying them out of pocket. This will be the last time. I know of other pharmacies that actually will work with me and care. Terrrrrible service
