Absolutely the worst. I’m not sure when the sweet older gentleman left, but the new guy Kareem treated me as if I was less than human. He sold me a charger for my phone. He didn’t tell me the price, or give me a receipt. I went to see if the charger worked… it did not. I asked him if I could get a refund or exchange it for another charger that may work and he got very nasty with me. Wouldn’t let me speak and kept trying to help over people while I was at the counter trying to figure out how we could fix this situation. I even offered to trade for a charger that wasn’t worth as much as the one I had paid for and he refused any sort of assistance. He then yelled at me to get out of his store and he threw the charger back at me. A 6m pregnant woman. He told me I’d have to come back the next day to even speak with anyone “who will care”. I don’t expect much from a gas station, I expect more than that tho. Don’t waste your money here.

I checked my cabin air filter while in line for state inspection. The worker shows us the filter while we were inside waiting and it had a bunch of crumpled leaves on it. Asking if we wanted to replace it. Dude… Also charged $125 for 5 minute labor replacing a light pretending it was really hard to replace. I know it’s easy because I did it before when I borrowed my friend’s car jack. Sadly didn’t do it this time out of laziness. But would have if I knew he was going to overcharge. Should’ve asked for estimate instead of assuming a 5 minute job was going to be cheap.

Don’t use the ATM here, I’m pretty certain my card was compromised there and found $600 worth of charges hours after using it. The machine was abnormally slow and the workers acted nervous and weird as I was using it and asking why it was taking so long . I had just gotten my card and didn’t lose it at any point.

I went to this gas station to buy guy and the man wouldn't let me inside. That's not uncommon so I didn't have a problem with it. I asked if I could use my fuel rewards and gave him my phone number. He then let me inside the store, so I could do it myself. I asked him if he had a rest room, and he pointed around back. His demeanor towards me, by pointing and being rude not with what he said but his body language, made me feel like an unwelcomed customer. When I go North to Ohio again, I will not stop there.

The staff is friendly, helpful and honest. I am happy with my experience here. I left my car overnight and they took care of it the following day and made sure to call me before fixing anything to make sure I was ok with the price. I appreciate that a lot. If you need your car fixed this is a good place to go.

Terrible support.I purchased gas this morning using my Giant card at the pump. The pump showed that it would take .20 cents per gallon instead i received .05 cents per gallon discount. I went inside, and both employees said it was my fault. I am curious how I could cause the pump to malfunction.The glitch of the machine is not a big deal. However, how the employees reacted to my complaint is my concern with the station. Neither of them cared enough to look at the pump or even act like they cared that the pumps may not be working properly and both of the telling me "you must not know how to use the pump."

Been going here for vehicle safety inspectons for years. They are about the only place with Sunday hours for inspections. Richard is the best and most friendly inspector. He is always a pleasure to talk with. Can't go wrong at this place!
