I have been getting my cars inspected by Richard since 2000 and I will continue going to him. He is friendly, pleasant and honest. My front tire brakes were bad and he helped me by getting one of the guys to do my brakes this morning. Looking forward to the FAIL sticker be removed and replacing it with the new inspection sticker. Everyone there are really nice. Looking forward to seeing them next year

Very disappointed with the technician for vehicle inspection, services he closes at 330pm so he can go home early by 6pm is what he told me.. I've never experienced this problem before, I was very confused. Hours are 5am to 6pm

Brought my Subaru in because it was dying. The worker said the battery was bad and replaced it. The car was still dying after that so I took it elsewhere only to find out that the starter was bad and that the new battery is bad. I took the new battery in and the same worker checks the battery and says it has a bad cell. He then continues to "work" on the car for 8 hours only to blame it on a possible electrical draw. With no surprise, an electrical draw specialist found that there was no electrical draw. What he did find is that 1. the worker at shell put in the wrong battery, and 2. that the battery cell is bad.In sum, this Shell's mechanics are incompetent, selling bad products, and will ultimately waste your time and money. I suggest using KC Automotive or Hogan and Sons.Service: Battery

I support my local Gas station because I believe in it. It paid off today. I needed to blow my snowmobile for snow sledding and the guy at the shop Mario, was nice enough to yo help me with it! Customer service at its finest! Thank you
