Unprofessional when it comes to dealing with problems, they sit and wait for problems to work itself out , cabinet came out of square, so bad it couldn’t be installed, solution for them was wait 3-4 weeks for a new one. They said they can’t contact cabinet manufacturer so I prompted him to contact sales rep he said we’re not there yet, even after waiting a week for a confirmation from manufacturer very unprofessional go elsewhere for cabinets you will thank me later.

The service is good, but overall, the price is a bit on the expensive side.

I very much appreciate the attention and help I received from Michael Omohundro in regard to cabinets Mid South had installed in 2004, that still look beautiful and still are sturdy, but the basket railings needed a minor repair. He took time to search for solutions and was very attentive, polite, and although the cabinets were no longer being made, he had helpful suggestions. Good to know this good service is there for us after all these years.

Mid South Building Supply has the best cabinets, kitchen counter tops, and overall building supplies out there. The whole team is welcoming, knowledgable, and thoughtful. You truly feel like family when you are at any of their showrooms. I highly recommend working with Mid South for any of your building needs.

I'm an interior designer and owner of Molly By Design and I've been a Mid-South design partner for years. Over the last year we have been working with Jay Holloway who we have found to be typically the bright spot in any day. We never hesitate to refer our customers to him knowing they are in good hands. He is helpful, knowledgeable and full of positive "can do" energy; something that we all need in the design/build industry. Highly recommend working with him for your building/veneer needs!We'd also like to spotlight Rebecca Flowers in cabinetry. Again, there must be something in the water at Mid South since Rebecca too always has patience and kindness no matter what she is being asked to help with. She is VERY knowledgeable about the products she works with and won't hesitate to find time to help find just the right, most cost effective design solution to the puzzle! She is a true partner/team member in every sense of the word; she collaborates on every job we work together on w/out fail. That provides a more cohesive design overall for our customers which is always a plus! We all have different gifts, why not use them ALL when we can! They helped me design a kitchen, and I bought the cabinets from them for that kitchen. It was a nice design. They have a great showroom and are super helpful. Go look around. Make an appointment with someone to help design your new kitchen. You will be pleased with the results. Very professional. Great variety of cabinets offered. They give good advice, too.
