I've been Dr. DeGeorge's patient for 11 years, it's been wonderful up until the last year. I've had to leave message after message to get my meds. No one returned my messages. Prescription were sent in dated incorrect. l when i did speak to someone they said there Manger would return my call. No return phone call. Now I've received a letter saying I've called repeatedly to get meds to miss use. I've filled a complaint about this. Filled out a review they sent me and asked for someone to contact me. Still waiting

Have had always a great experience there , caring people until the doctor I saw forgot to send my prescription in ( really! ) Check on it next day , the staff didnt know what the doctor had medicine he had recommended( really , not on file? ) after many attempts by me and wonderful staff at Wegmans Pharmacy here finally got it done at 4:00 next day, Hope this doesnt happen to someone in real dire need!. Susan I will say was very helpful, she gets the 5 star over the clinic , Thank you

One female doctor there is HORRIBLE. She refused to care for my family member properly leading to many health complications that could have been the death of her and then refused to call in the prescriptions that my family member desperately needed for blockages in the MAIN ARTERIES in her brain and proceeded to tell her caretaker to give her aspirin when a neurologist advised otherwise. She is also always rude and has an attitude and so incompentent that she thinks september 11th to november 11th is THREE months and you could not tell her otherwise. I don't even know how she got her job. 3 months from September 11 is December 11th! She needs to go. My family will never go back here. It's sad because it sounds like it was just a bad experience because of one doctor for us. Unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint.

DO NOT GET BLOOD WORK DONE HERE. They bill your insurance as hospital outpatient, meaning that you could get a bill from them larger than you ever expected. Shameful.

Doctor Adam Richardson what more can I say brilliant thoughtful, courteous everything you look for in a primary care Physician. Intelligent and investigative. Thanks you so much to doctor Richardson, and staff at the UVA crossroad family medical center.

Great place. My doctor Corrie Parker has been phenomenal to work with. She’s very organized and cares about making sure that you have the right diagnosis, as well as referring you to a good specialist if necessary.

This is one of the best medical facilities that I have ever been to and I have been to many. I have read some opinions on here that sound like they expect perfection but there was only one person to walk this earth with perfection and HE died for us because we are incapable of being perfect ourselves!

Crossroads is a great place if youre old. However, they are completely disorganized, understaffed, and have terrible bedside manner. It takes 4 hours to get a call back to see if theyd like you to come in or not, and after that 4 hours the answer is likely no. If you need same day treatment, go elsewhere. Corrie Parker also has been my pcp for over 4 years. My last trip, after being prescribed lexapro in 2016, asked me how my first 25 days of being on the drug was when forced to come back to see if I needed a refill. Had she looked at my chart she would have seen that this appointment was 2 years after the initial 25 days. All in all, if youre old and dying theyd be happy to take your money. If youre young and looking for a primary care physician Id stay away. Its a bunch of decent people trying their best but failing around every corner.
