By far the best customer service I’ve ever seen.
I went to this location for passport services after my appointment in Richmond was cancelled. No post offices in Richmond would answer their phones and all had extremely limited walk-in passport service options. This location answered their phones and were very empathetic to my situation.
Both employees at this location were extremely friendly and very efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They answered all questions I had in a very clear manner and overall provided a great experience.
I highly recommend this location for any USPS needs.

What an awesome experience. I went in for a passport appointment on 7-13-24 at 830am and it couldn’t have been anymore flawless. The only staff member that was there was so helpful and made sure I had everything filled out correctly on my application before submitting. She was very efficient and so friendly! I highly recommend going to this location if you have any passport needs.

This may be the best post office in the country. We have had two experiences here and they were awesome.We got our 4 year olds passport here a couple months back. We were able to get a Saturday appointment a week before, and it was such an easy process! Every other passport location locally was booked out months. Plus the staff was so wonderful getting our daughter to take a picture!I had packages to send out the week for Christmas. And I decided to this location instead of braving the locations in Charlottesville. The staff was so wonderful. They even helped me repackage a box to save me over $50 in shipping costs.I would never think going to the post office would be a highlight of my week, but it really was! Keep up the awesome work.

Post office on Seminole trail canceled my appointment but did not tell me until I got there that the person for passport was out for a week.. got a appointment at the location the very next day! Quick and friendly staff highly recommend.

Extremely unprofessional!! They wrote us two days prior to our appointment to tell us that the photo machine was down . They did not tell us that we had to take the photos first before coming to apply. And they gave us a extremely short notice. After going back and forth for 3 weeks we still cannot receive our passports due to miscommunication from this office . When I expressed my concerns to Alicia she over talked me and said she sent a email which reads “ Hello,I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but our photo printer malfunctioned Saturday. So we will be unable to print passport photo’s until we can get a new one in. We can still process your passport application, we just cant provide photo services.” When I told her nothing in the email stated they couldn’t process the application as well as had my time incorrect when I had a handwritten note to prove the time she rescheduled us for her response was “I didn’t know I needed to tell you that” when we have told her number ours times it’s our first passport and we have no idea of the process . Each time they have told us wrong information . They have given us nothing but the runaround and it I could give this place absolutely NO stars I would. It’s ridiculous to travel almost two hours for 3 separate weeks in a row just to have someone over talk and yell over you when THEY WERE WRONG.
