Brought my mom to get her first dose of the COVID vaccine and they turned her away for not having her Medicare card. She told them she’s been waiting for her cards but she’s been going to them for years and her information would be in the system. I arrived at your store to pick up my photo prints. I stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes and at least 2 employees saw me there. No one offered to assist me. So I walked over to the main cashier and before I could say anything, he said I will be over there after I wait on these customers. The line continued to fill up with customers. Just left from your store through the drive thru. I have the flu and asked the lady to get me cough drops she said she didn't have any and I wasn't going to go into the store and infect people. I asked her if she would quickly go get me some or ask someone to go and get some for me and she refused. There's a sign on the drive their window need anything else? Just Ask ! I did but got refused . Here I am sick as a dog asking for cough drops and being refused. Shame on you Walgreens do better! It would of taken two seconds for her to grab some cough drops for me. Not good customer service !!!!

Walgreens employees at the front door are not friendly. They will speak but are of no help with store questions. Caucasian girl with glasses rings you up, but doesn't have any knowledge of store coupons & doesn't help by asking anyone else either. Why are you in the front ringing & should be helping customers if you can't do your job? Then, Caucasian managers here are no help to business owners. They'll say go bring in your information, we will review to see if we can help. Then, you wait a month for a call back & call yourself to find out; they will not even assist you. I won't be shopping here & my business neither. Walgreens has poor customer service for customers & their businesses.
