“I like Kohl's, although I prefer to shop online where there's a much wider variety of items than in the stores. I shop here mostly for clothing, but occasionally I will buy home decor, towels, and other household goods. I do wish they carried more petites in the stores. This particular store is nearly always clean and organized, and the employees generally do a good job of keeping the dressing rooms neat.”

All of the different class times give me the flexibility to work around my schedule. The instructors are all great and I look forward to seeing them regularly! The salesperson helped me pick out the perfect jewelry to go with the dress. It looked like the pieces were created by the dress designer to go with the dress. “I am happy to finally find authentic African attire!!! The clothes are great quality and less expensive than the cheaper materials imported from China. Many places say that the import from Africa but the clothes actually comes from China or India and is not of great quality!!! I have paid double at these other places that I have patronized! “I bought the most perfect blue dress and shoes super last minute for a wedding and they were perfect! The sales associate was extremely helpful. The first dress she picked out was the one! It fit so perfectly that I didn’t need alterations. Everyone complimented my shoes as well. The prices were incredible! I got my shoes and dress for about $100 due to their current sales. Awesome value! I will definitely shop here again next time I need an elegant dress for an incredible price. Easiest shopping experience I have ever had!”
“Absolutely love this place! I've shopped here for years but our experience yesterday was worth sharing. I took my mom out for her first shopping trip post a major surgery. It was the first pretty spring day so everyone was out and the store was packed. Despite the crowds, the owner treated us like we were the only people in the store. Never frazzled, going out of her way to help us find items that we were looking for and making calls to other locations to track down a shirt that my mom wanted. The service that we had yesterday will keep us coming back for years to come! Kudos to you all and thank you!”

“I recently started a new job and noticed I kept pulling at my back bra strap, because it was uncomfortable. So, while I was picking up an order at Lane Bryant I decided to get measured. The first associate who assisted me was a bit chatty, but when I got measured, I had Abigail as my associate. She was terrific! I explained that I am allergic to the underwire in bras, so she helped me find the best fit and look for me. I ended up buying several bra/panty combinations. I am now feeling incredible and confident as I get dressed. I also use her tip (to lift my arms up to get the best fall/adjustment). Every time I do it, I think of this great experience at Lane Bryant.”

It's difficult to get one-on-one assistance if you just walk in, but I heard that the Appointments experience is top notch! “I have not done much if any in store shopping, since the COVID lock down. Today I was forced into going in store because my online order was cancelled. Upon entering the store I was warmly greeted by Hannah who would later assist me in the biggest way. My online purchase was rather large and she meticulously, throughly and kindly went through every item and walked throughout the store hand picking each piece. She even went a step further and priced matched every thing and ensured my purchase was seamless. No kidding, people like Hannah are 1 of 1.
