Service is a disaster. Too short staffed and the few bankers they have are either on vacation or have no interest in helping customers. If I could score a negative 5 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go to a branch that actually appreciates it's customers

Just left because I came in to meet with banking specialist, and did not get greeted. She did not even look my way after getting off the phone. Just continued to do what she was doing as if I was not there. She seem to not notice me sitting there for about 5 mins. Literally nobody waiting. I asked is this side open, she said yes I was just doing something, I said wow but not even speaking today when we enter. She walked off so I left to go up the street to the location up the street that is packed! I've never felt like that entering that center. Today wasn't the day that I had time to sit and wait for her to do what ever she was doing. In a bit of a rush.

I prefer to use this branch as their turnover is pretty fast. Also, Staff are so nice and helpful. I haven't talked to personal banker yet. However, tellers at this branch are super nice. bank is clean and modern too.

I had an appointment for 4pm, which I had made online. I arrived early and was greeted by Matthew King. I had a great experience opening an account with Matthew. He was so pleasant, friendly, nice to talk with and made me feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and got me thru the process very quickly. He also made sure we took care of a couple of other concerns I had and let me know about services that might help me manage my banking life. He was completely thorough and even made sure the Teller knew what to do with my accounts and then walked me to the door. I am totally reassured that I made the right choice with Matthew as my Banker! I highly recommend this location and Matthew. Their service is excellent! Thank you Matthew!

The banks shows in googlemaps that they're open on Saturday until 12pm and it had me thinking I still had time to get there and they don't even open on Saturdays and they need to fix this...

This is an okay branch with a staff that seems to have an "okay, can do!" attitude. Unfortunately, they could not help me with my mortgage issue about 4 years ago, but they were very friendly, self-congratulating, and self-satisfied in the way they did not help me with my problem. That's okay, staffs change and the world continues to turn, so I am sure that this branch will work hard for you in the future... .

The staff here is very friendly. I went in with my baby boy today and everybody was loving him. A little advice is don't go there as soon as they open as there is a line waiting. They definitely take care if all of your needs and you don't feel like you're rushed!
