My dog is currently seeing Dr. Miller and she has been a wonderful resource in his care. She first found his cancer and made sure to help us quickly get in contact with a great oncologist. She is always very responsive and gives great clinical evidence for everything she is recommending. I would recommend this practice to any pet lover! Thank you Dr. Miller for Bourbon’s great care!!”
“They saved our baby girl! She had a horrible infection in her uterus! It was an open one which we got lucky, we were able to see the drainage! We are in a tight spot at the moment so we reached out to a good friend of my boyfriend ... and he got the ball rolling for us. We had to crowd fund ... but we got there! They helped us out as much as they could! We love them there! They saved our baby girl! ????”

“Can't say enough good things about this office. Dr Jay went out of his way to help Rascal feel comfortable. After severe trauma from anesthesia 7 years ago, my cat typically is nightmare to take to an office. We had our first visit last December and all of the staff made a point to get down on the floor with him, engaging very gently. The staff were very encouraging to me to hold him for procedures and listened to my suggestions of what helps him cope well. As a result they got all the tests, labs, and exams they needed. We went back yesterday for sedated dental work and again it went incredibly smoothly. The tech offered to me to stay with him during the sedative injection and while it took effect, while properly preparing me for what I would observe if I chose to do so. She came back frequently to check both on him and me before then taking straight to the procedure table. Procedure went very well, he was back home within two hours of sedation, and by the evening was 100% back to his normal sassy self. Thank you colonial!

“I highly recommend Capital Home Veterinary Care. The staff are all lovely. have a very reactive 13-year old, male husky-mix. Due to age and arthritis, I decided to try a home vet to reduce the anxiety and stress to both him and myself. The staff have been wonderful helping me set up the appointment for my pet. Capital Home Veterinary Care have been communicative through each step of the process. They are quick to respond to calls and emails. The vet visit itself could not have gone smoother. My pet was comfortable around the team who performed the examination. They answered all of my questions, I was able to get the supplements that my dog needs, and they send a summary email after the visit. I cannot thank this team enough for the peace that they brought to our vet visit.”

“Highly recommend this veterinary. Dr. Sara de Wet is a phenomenal veterinarian! She is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. Thankful to have her to take care of my pets. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Facility is always clean when we go. They work well to get my pets in if there is ever any emergencies. My rabbit needed emergency care and they got him in same day and took the best care of him. My cats have also needed time sensitive care and they were able to get us in very quickly with excellent care as well. I have full trust in the vet and staff to properly care for my babies. “I've been bringing my 2 cats and dog here for preventative care for about 2 years. All of the staff is wonderful. One of my cats is extremely fearful of going to the vet but everyone knows how to handle her in a way that's safe for everyone and comfortable for her- when she's been sedated for labwork the LVTs have done a wonderful job monitoring her until she's ready to go home. Today was our first time seeing Dr. Matthews and Han Solo absolutely loved her and all of the treats!”

“My dog Nova sustained an injury while out and about and was in a lot of pain. Our regular vet did not have availability to see her, so I called here and they were able to get her seen within an hour and a half. The staff were helpful and showed Nova so much care and affection. Dr. Infantes was great about communicating his thoughts and desired approach, and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. They were upfront about costs, and I appreciated being able to have the required meds filled in-house instead of having to go to a pharmacy.”
