With all the auto washes popping up in the area, Tommy's is my go to. Always a clean wash and vacuums are well working. Love their app! Very easy and user friendly. Locations are always clean and litter free.

DOWN GRADE FROM 5 TO 2
Bought a month's worth of washes. First and second washes were fantastic... read liscence plate and go right on in.
After that, the person inside refused any further service. He said I had to enter an email address. I did that on the first trip when I bought the sale. An email address was not needed on the second trip. Why all of a sudden on the 3rd? I don't just hand out email addresses like popcorn!!!
Rest assured, I'll tell all my friends, family AND YOU how I have been treated.

Left today and car was still dirty. My fault for believing that paying for my car wash means it would be cleaned. Not just one missed spot, that I could ignore but literally not clean. Oh and a receipt means nothing. They just take your money. I have pictures also.

I’ve had a car wash membership with them for well over a year now. I won a free car wash but they never added it to it. It supposed to be for a month. I won it on family and friends day. Idk I love this place but they sometimes can sell people short

Don't be deceived by the glitzy appearance of this sleek car wash at the corner of Hull street and Courthouse road. It is not just your typical quickie in & out car wash joint. When you pull up to the window to pay for your wash, the fellow at the window is outstanding and personable. The wash process is superior to other washes I have used in the area. An excellent value, even for the basic wash!

The vacuums have amazing suction and are placed for easy use. No annoying rails for which you have to align your front wheels when entering.

Subscription is the way to go. The only problem with this spot is if you're coming from the west It's very hard to turn around and get into the entrance. That's why it only gets four stars..

14 bucks..free vacuums but my car was still dirty after going through. It's nice but I wanted my car to sparkle after paying 14 dollars.

I’ve never been there before. Paid for the premium wash and got the unlimited wash package free for a month. Granted, that was three weeks ago and I have not been back to utilize it. The one thing I was disappointed with, I was under the assumption your tires would shine at least a little bit. It does not appear any tire shine was used in the wash but I paid for it and was supposed to be included. There’s another “chain” car wash in the area similar to Tommy’s. They just recently opened about a year or so ago. I might give them a try and see if I like it better. Not a terrible experience, but I guess I expected a little more.
