“A friend recommended Fleet Feet to me, and I am so glad I did. We went to the Patterson Avenue store and Jeff helped us. I find that some salespeople at many businesses to be pushy or unctuous. Jeff was just a regular guy, even though I think he is the owner or manager. He explained everything and his knowledge and sense of humor made the experience go smoothly.

“I love the red wing store on Midlothian Turnpike Curtis Cowherd was my shoe salesman how lucky you are to have such a great gentleman working at your store he was so kind patient helping me try on six different pair of boots and figure out which one made my feet feel the best . I can’t wait for my new boots that ordered to come in, my feet have never felt so good I want and buy another pair of shoes and some more inserts that make my feet better than any boot I’ve tried ever !!! Sim made the mold, and the ones I got from him fit much better than my last pair that I had gotten made elsewhere.Sim was also very nice and helpful in helping to create some custom insoles for my Ice Skates (which are very peculiarly shaped boots).I can't recommend them enough!”
“My husband and I came to Richmond for the weekend and he forgot his jacket for dinner. Picked Franco’s to see what they had and to replace a “tired” black jacket. Excellent treatment from both Mitch and Franco, and they altered the jacket (Replaced the buttons and shortened the sleeves) in an hour! I could have spent all day in there shopping for him! Quality of the items and service top~notch! Expect to make an investment, but it will be worth every penny!”
“Great store with very friendly service. The space is somewhat small and so selection can be limited depending on size and preference. However they can order things. So my suggestion would be to go there to ensure you have the right fit and then expect to go back a week or two later to pick up things that you would order.”

The staff is well trained to be helpful, they know the clothes they are selling, and they don't try to push you into making purchases. Going there to ship is a welcome change from other brands that don't educate their employees about the products they are selling and don't teach them the importance of customer service. I will remain a loyal customer because Orvis has high quality...River Road location defines quality of service.”

at the recommendation of a woman whom I had seen wearing one of their outfits. I have not worn dress clothes for a very, very long time. So shopping for new clothes I was very nervous in doing this because I didn't think that I was going to find anything that was my type of clothing or shall I say style which I didn't even know my own style really. But let me tell you, I ran into the manager of the store in Chester, her name is Demeka. Not only does this woman have a wonderful personality. She brought me all of these pieces of clothing, and she waited on me hand and foot. I told her that I had been wearing jeans and t-shirts for a very long time and I just didn't know what to pick out. I kept trying on everything she was bringing me, and I absolutely loved it and even down to the shoes. I am so grateful for this woman of God. God definitely placed her in the correct place at the correct time just for me and more than likely for all the other customers that she has attended to. Thank you so much for making my visit the first one ever a very successful one you went above and beyond in the customer service department. I hope and pray you get promoted, young lady. To the district manager, although it would take you away from me and all the customers there at the store. You truly are a remarkable exceptional manager. Thank you for your kindness. “I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I came here to buy myself Crocs, my 1 year old loves them and I didn't know they came in her size. She was having a bit of a meltdown while in the store and the saleswoman showed me Crocs in her size which helped her calm down a bit.

“They had lots of shoes and decent prices. I must have found at least eight pair that caught my eye and were priced low. Not every shoe displayed is available in all sizes, however. Probably why the prices are so good. I wound up going home with with three pairs, all of which I love. So, do shop here, just be prepared to spend a bit of time going through the selection.”
