I hadn’t purchased fine clothes since I was in sales ten years ago. Chris set me up with everything for a wedding rehearsal and wedding, from the shoes to the necktie, and everything in between. “There were 2 ladies in the store that I am reviewing. The lady that ended up being able to help me was very understanding and explained the normal return policy which I 100% understood. The shoes I had purchased were anything but slip resistant, which I needed for work. I knew that returning worn shoes was not typically allowed but I could 100% not wear these in the kitchen that I worked at. She understood my concern and said she would honor this 1 time exchange. I was very appreciative of her for this. The heavy set lady there on the other hand, was not very happy that I needed to exchange these shoes. She pretty much barked at me and her facial expression definitely showed she was very annoyed with my request. She showed my husband the same attitude when he originally tried to exchange the shoes for me earlier in the week bc he is an officer in chesterfield so it was easier for him to go on his lunch break to attempt this. The heavy set lady was very rude to him as well. I am glad they have some great workers at this store to make up for the very grumpy one . Thanks again to the lady that helped me! I hope your coworker is not this grumpy towards her staff as she was towards her customers.”

“I don't like this place. I keep spending money here. Actually, they are the best place to buy quality shoes for a decent price that I have found.
As far as the help, I've never had a problem with service. At times they are more helpful than at other times, but no different than any other store in the mall. It's always best to shop here when you know the store won't be so crowded.”
